Stefan and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job rehabbing a home in the North Valley for some homeowners I'm working with to sell their home! He's professional and very experienced but also down to earth and fun :) He was one of a couple contractors that met with us to give us a quote on doing major updates to this single owner home from the 1970s that needed some love. His creative ideas on how to make the home standout impressed us all and earned him the job, and then he followed through to make it happen with his team over the next several months. This was the largest rehab job I've ever been a part of, and they communicated well with us and truly became partners in the process. When we were down to the finishing touches, I did a walkthrough and sent Stefan a list of about a dozen small details that the owners and I felt still needed to be taken care of to really make it shine. They took care of every single one of them, and it's absolutely stunning! I'll include a few pictures to show off what they did with the kitchen/living room and complete overhaul of the master bathroom :) If you're looking for a contractor who can truly partner with you with both the design and implementation of a project, Stefan is your man!

I had Joe come by to question about the roof of the rental I live in. I informed Joe to speak to my landlord. Happy to say I'm getting a new roof soon. Very professional.My roof was done and let me tell you the crew wasted no time. Very professional and hard working employees. I was impressed with the quick response time to a flood emergency. My concerns and worries were immediately alleviated after our first conversation. His crew was quick, efficient and eager to make sure we felt "taken care of" during the entire process. The owner and crew were professional, calm, respectful and caring of our needs. Here is the deal, I had several leaks in my roof, and called Stefan for a estimate. Stefan took two steps onto the roof, and said this is a insurance job, not a out of pocket job. After getting my ducks in a row, I called him to bid the job, and get started. From bid to completion was 1 week! I will say this job turned sower for them, there were 2 layers of shingles in my roof, the second could not be seen, Stefan and the crew just rolled with it and worked things out with the insurance company. Matt, Dave, and Oscar are great craftsmen. Dave did all the sheet metal work, it looked great! Matt ran the crew like a champ and answered all my questions. Oscar's craftsmanship is just impressive. The rest of the crew was polite, kind, and thoughtful. They cleaned up after them selves and addressed any concerns i had. I have and will recommended these guys to othere people.

Stefan was super helpful! We had a roof leak that had previously been "fixed" by another company, but less than a year later the same leak was back. Stefan came out to give us an estimate on repair and talked with my husband in great detail about what the previous company missed, and give his expert and honest opinion on what it would take to fix it, saving us hundreds of dollars. If we ever need work done on our roof again, we will definitely be calling Stefan and Royal Restoration and Remodel again. They were quick to respond, ease to work with, and really helpful.

The owner, Stephan, responded to my first and each email/message quickly. He came to our home promptly to provide an estimate. His team arrived promptly, at the designated time, and completed the roof repair within a timely manner. They were true gentlemen. I’ve been searching for an honest contractor in NM for years. Glad I found Royal. They did my roof for over 10 grand less than the “insurance preferred” contractor. Stephan and the Royal Restoration team are top notch. Responded to my inquiry quickly, gave me estimate and stayed on course with every job. I had them redo the irrigation in the front and back yards to include planter boxes and they laid some fantastic epoxy flooring in my game room. I had a rotting cement board behind my shower tile that required the whole shower be torn out and new cement board and tile laid! Jason, the foreman, was amazing and kept everyone on track and kept great communication with me...and their tile guy was super detail-oriented and made everything look great! I would absolutely use them again for a small job, but if I were to do remodeling on a new house (which is a very real possibility in the heat future), there is no one else I would use for that either!

I called and scheduled an appointment. The Royal Restoration and Remodel Representative was late to our appointment. Then after the appointment, there was no follow-up. In fact, the company doesn't seem to want my money, because they just plain won't call back. I have politely called and left a message and a text, phone message with the main company phone number. Text message on the cell phone of the Representative. Neither effort on my part received any response.A professional business would call back and respond. But I received no such response. Not even a no. I find that to be a horrible business practice, if a company wants to generate good business with people that will pay for their work. I am not impressed, and I thought that the area should know about it, just like the owner should know about it. Step it up. Or as could be said here in the West, "Cowboy Up" Royal Restoration and Remodel. Good business means Good communications. You and your company don't seem to be Good at either.

They did a beautiful job in our back yard. They built a new pergola (shade structure) with a brick fireplace and columns. Absolutely gorgeous and a fair price. Everyone who worked at our home was polite and professional - very hard to find contractors with both of those qualities. So impressed with everything. Will hire them again for more projects!

I contacted Stefan and the team at Royal Restoration for renovation work on my townhome in Rio Rancho NM. I needed a wood laminate floor to be installed, a tree removed, a complete back yard landscaping, a screen door restoration and a handful of other minor updates or repairs. The challenges I presented to Royal Restoration included a 2 week deadline, limited availability for meetings and an extremely high standard for quality and workmanship. Their team provided a fantastic quote and excellent workmanship for our 16 unit building. Our dumpster area was trashed by pigeons and debris flying through the open metal enclosure. RR welded mesh panels against the metal structure and secured it against trash and birds. They brought a power washer and cleaned off a decade of dirt.
