The owner made an appointment with us for 2:30-3:00 for an estimate, we drove from Odessa, TX to be there. When we show up early. Owner cannot be reached. He then sends a text saying he's in Hobbs with potential buyers and that he showed up at 1:00pm and no one was at the location.
