We have a second home in Ruidoso, so we are not all that familiar with businesses in the area. Five years ago I schedule services for our furnace. We were very happy with their service and the cost. They serviced the unit two more times and then we decided to replace the furnace and install air conditioning as well. Everyone involved with this process was extremely professional, they were always on time, and kept the work area very clean. They even made it very easy to finalize this process from out of state. We really can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. We will continue to call on them and hope others will do the same. We wish them the best! We had our furnace fail over the coldest night of the season. Called FS-Walker and got a call back within an hour and a service call the same day. Both techs that came out were friendly and prompt. They fixed the problem (bad blower) quickly. Thank you guys so much for the excellent service.Update for 2022:We decided to add air conditioning to our cabin and went with FS-Walker again since they saved our cold butts last winter. They were up front about supply chain and labor issues in these strange times, but we felt like we had a great experience before so we’d stick with them. Jose was (again) our technician that came to install the AC unit and I can’t say enough good things about this young man. Courteous, great attitude and absolutely knew his trade. Thank you Thomas and crew for delivering on everything promised.

Brandon came out to our business to help us with a pump issue. He came out quickly after a service call was made, he found out the problem quickly, and ordered the part we needed for the repair. He came the same day the part came in and took out the old part out and installed the new one. He was very knowledgable and worked quickly. Overall it was an excellent experience. We would recommend him for any job big or small, residential or commercial.

These guys are life savers! Came to Ruidoso for the weekend and cabin’s heater wasn’t working (30 degrees). Owner answered on first call at 4:30pm on a Friday and had his crew over within 30 minutes. Crew was phenomenal, fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Friendly, fast and responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Services: Heating system repair, Thermostat repair

Great and honest service. I am a manager at a local furniture store and the team at Walker AC are always prompt when we have an issue. Recently we replaced several ac units and the price was more than fair... The communication is always top notch. I recently called on a Saturday morning after a blizzard moved through and my heater had stopped working at my personal residence.... Most places in town were closed due to the weather... Not these guys... They came through in a big way and got our heat back on the same day... Would recommend them over anyone else in town....

I called to have service for repairs. The Technician arrived on time and was very polite. He immediately went to work, taking the time to explain the problem, the solution and ways to avoid it in the future. he presented the finial bill on his cell phone explaining all the charges much to my satisfaction. I signed it, he advised me to call the office in a few minutes to pay via card over the phone. I called the office was put off by staff there, was advised that " Do to call volume" they would call me back. FIVE days later after I called to no avail I finally get a response . A bill that was OVER one hundred dollars higher . When I questioned this , the answer was as follows. " The technician made a mistake" I advised that I had signed to a different amount. The response was then " When they reviewed the bill they found mistake or it was possibly taxes." When I protested again was advised " Well that's the it worked out." So I paid under protest. A plus for service technician. Total fail on office procedure and billing practices.
