THEIR EMPLOYEE STOLE OUR $6000 DEPOSIT. Should be zero stars as all they did was take my deposit and then never do any work. The situation is being investigated by the Ruidoso police currently.They were initially responsive when I asked for an estimate, unlike other companies in Ruidoso, so I was happy to move forward with them. I got the estimate, paid them $6000 and in an email on the owner's account told that Lee was my point of contact thereafter. After 7 months of calls and texts I was told my money was stolen by that employee (Napatali Legazpi aka "Lee") and that they would not honor the $6000 I had paid through their employee. They claim he had access to the owner's email and the quickbooks and that they know nothing about the money I paid. Even if they strictly have no legal responsibility here they are the ones who allowed an employee access to that email and their quickbook account. They definitely should have some sort of responsibility. STAY AWAY.Also, looking through the other reviews there are several by a person names Brian Chavez, which is the same name as the person who runs the company. infuriating.

Worst service you can imagine. First they said would start in 4 to 6 weeks but took 2 months to start. Then did ' not clean up any of the nails till i told them of the mess they did not put vent boots on simply spread glue around then they damaged the hotwater vent to the point that the water heater would not stay lite .sent out a guy who had no idea what he was doing left without fixing it took my number said they would call. At this point we had been with out hot water for 6 days they did not call. I had to call them. They still had not made any progress on resolving my problem. So I went up on the roof myself took a look at how they had cut all the support tabes on the cap and just crammed it onI repaired it the way it should be only took 30 minutes I am 69 years old so it was a little risky on a slick roof. As of this post they still have not called to let me know what they are going to do.KYLE

Very reliable respectable dependable got the jobs completed at a timely manner. Crew was very respectable and cleaned up the job site as if job was never done. Definitely will refer them in the future. Great job guys.
