So many positive things to say about Extreme Roofing. They answered the phone the first time I called, they were able to come out quickly (next day), they called when they were running a little late, and even completed the work a day faster than expected. They did quality work on my roof - replaced some damaged flashing and missing screws. It was such a pleasure doing business with them! I highly recommend!Service: Roof repair

Extreme Roofing installed a new roof in December 2019 as we purchased our townhome. We noticed 6 months later that there seemed to be a water stain along the chimney so notified the company. Someone came out and said it may just have been some silicone used that made it appear shiny along the ceiling/wall joint, then left with no action. Over the next 6 months, the stain worsened and paint began to sluff off. Once again called several times, and someone eventually came out to check saying there was a leak by the chimney so put a diverter on the roof, said they sealed it and repainted. We again noticed a leak in the same location about 6 months later so called their office multiple times, finally speaking with Maria who said she would let the owner (Fernando) know. Over 4-5 weeks, no one returned our calls and when we again called the office, calls went unanswered (2-3 per week). We notified our complex of the issue and the need to take Extreme Roofing off the recommended list for services. Due to the continuing damage to our walls now with black mold and sluffing paint 3 feet down the corner from the ceiling, we contracted with another reputable roofer to repair the work done by Extreme Roofing. We later found out that several other customers have had the same experience with this company with no resolution.Service: Roof installation

I appreciated thorough explanation of damage and options on how to fix it. I also appreciated that Fernando spoke with insurance agent on my behalf and after reading insurance company estimate. The crew came when they said they would or called to reschedule, the price was reasonable and fair, the work is good. The crew were polite, pleasant, professional. They kept the work site cleaned up and safe. The roof is beautiful.
