Should be zero stars as all they did was take my deposit and then never do any work. The situation is being investigated by the Ruidoso police currently.They are claiming one of their employees was given access to the owners email and posing as him told me that all contact the alleged scammer, Lee. They were initially responsive when I asked for an estimate, unlike other companies in Ruidoso, so I was happy to move forward with them. I got the estimate, paid them $6000 and was emailed by the owner that Lee was my point of contact thereafter. After 7 months of calls and texts I was told my money was stolen by that employee (Napatali Legazpi aka "Lee") and that they would not honor the $6000 I had paid through their employee. Even if they strictly have no legal responsibility they are the ones who allowed an employee access to that email and their quickbook account. They definitely should have some sort of responsibility. STAY AWAY

SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They will take your deposit and you will never see any work out of them. They have already been sued for this and changed their name at least once. We paid a deposit over 4 months ago and they never came. Just gave excuse after excuse. They scammed my grandpa.

Awesome experience very reliable dependable. Pine Tree Construction has a knowledge and experience when installing shingle metal and TPO roofs, His crews are very respectable and show up on time, I will definitely refer them to anyone in need.

This is a huge scam! These people take advantage of elderly people! Watch out because they took our deposit of over $5,000 months ago and never came. They gave us excuses for months and eventually stopped answering all together. This isn’t a business, it’s just a front to scam elderly people. Please stay away!
