If you’re considering adding a solar system to your home or business, I would highly recommend interviewing Kelsey McIntyre at Sandia Mountain Solar. She is knowledgeable beyond description, and honest to boot. We sought out three quotes to add a freestanding solar array on our property in the East Mountains. Out of the three companies interviewed, Kelsey was hands-down the most knowledgeable, and their pricing is competitive and well-explained. Throughout the duration of the project, her team at Sandia Mountain Solar proved conscientious, highly skilled, and extremely considerate while working on the project. They even went so far as to send me daily photos during the installation since we were out of town at that time. The whole project moved along seamlessly as described. Once complete, you are provided with all the info, help and resources you’ll ever need for your system. Sandia Mountain Solar will continue to be who I refer friends, family and coworkers to for comprehensive design, installation, and service.

Sandia Mountain did an amazing job with our solar project. Comparable prices to Tesla and Positive Energy. Their attention to detail was much appreciated. They painted all the conduits to match stucco without even mentioning it. They also took me to the other side of the street to let me know a tiny corner of a panel was visible from a certain angle. The panels are very sharp looking. All black with no metal or cinder block compared to positive energy panels on our neighbors house. They monitor our production and usage daily and have already come back to make a small adjustment. 5/5 recommend them.

Sandia Mountain Solar did such an amazing job getting solar up and running at our house. Kelsey was there for us every step of the way from making recommendations at the beginning to helping us file for incentives with the state. The whole process was pretty hands off for us, yet they still kept us in the loop during the entire thing.I can't recommend Sandia Mountain Solar enough if you're looking for a reputable, local company to install your solar set up.

We love our solar Panels. Sandia Mountain Solar and Morgan's Constructive Solutions did an amazing job of the install and have been available to problem solve some of our house's electrical issues (we are in an old house with aluminum wiring... so we're complicated)! Sandia Mountain Solar and Morgan's Constructive Solutions have been very forthright about costs and helped us figure out the tax paperwork for our refund this year. I can't say enough good things about our experience. This is a reputable company in Central NM.

Sandia Mountain took on our unconventional solar project when no one else would, and they did a fantastic job of it. Our family owns two adjacent properties and we needed to put the solar array on one and have it power both, and they were able to navigate the County's complex permitting process smoothly. The staff were communicative, friendly, accessible, and easy to work with, particularly Kelsey and Jeff, but also Jerry. Once we broke ground, the work crews did their jobs efficiently and professionally. The system is working beautifully and we are delighted with our experience with Sandia Mountain.

Sandia Mountain Solar installed a solar system on my house in June. Any problem I had they responded the next day. the solar has been working perfectly for 6 months. They have an app that tells how much power the solar panels generate. I would definitely go with Sandia Mountain Solar if you want to get solar.

Sandia Mountain Solar recently completed installing solar at our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable, not only with the solar, but also with the construction aspects of the project. Their timeline was efficient and they stuck to it, making for a very smooth process. The quality of the work was exceptional. Their warranty was the best we saw from the companies we received proposals from. Using a locally owned and run company was important to us. They didn’t hire out contractors to complete the work, so we know they will be around in the future if we have any questions or issues. We highly recommend Sandia Mountain Solar.

Kelsey, Jerry, Jeff, Anthony and crew were phenomenal people to work with. They made a complex and sometimes tediously confusing process easy. They were easy to work with, low pressure sales, but attentive to our questions or concerns. We considered other companies and accepted proposals from 4 others. In our opinion they were the best value by far. Our house is older and need ed an electrical upgrade also. They seamlessly stitched both together, handled all of the permitting, licensing, and even provided guidance for financing and utilizing Fed & state tax credit programs. Consider them if you want a personal touch from a reliable local business!

I took 3 bids for this project and Sandia Mountain Solar was initially the 2nd placed bidder for installing the solar panels. During the construction the owners figured a way to save me money. It was nice to deal with the owners of the company everyday who were very professional and knowledgeable of the work that needed to get done. The office manger/owner was very helpful in getting me set up with a phone and home computer applications to monitor the every day power production and observe any problems that might occur with the array of panels.
