I can't say enough about my great experience with this Craftsman! I had a round top entry door that I needed belt to replace the one in my house that was delaminating from water damage. I sent them the requested measurements, a template and photos of another door that I wanted to replicate. From start to finish they were always in good communication with me! Sue was always very helpful in making sure everything was in order. I also had them make the brick mold and interior door trim. I mailed them a piece of the original trim crafted in 1928 and he replicated it to a T. I drove 3 hours to pick the door up and was so happy that I did! Getting a chance to see all of the machinery in his wood shop and learn about the history of the Millwork was worth the trip alone! Don't order from one of those online bulk websites where customer service is not a priority. Jim will take care of your every need and do it to the exact specifications that you desire.
