Had a flood in my basement due to my hot water heater breaking. HomePro came in and made it like no water was ever down there. No musty or mildew smell and left it cleaner than I’ve ever had it. Highly recommend.

They helped us through a very stressful situation where our basement flooded three weeks after we moved in. They demo'd the whole floor and replaced it with even better material. It looks great now! Zero stars - the worst contractor experience! While initially responsive when I called them about a leak in my kitchen, I couldn’t get them to come back to repair my kitchen. They submitted an abatement to my insurance company that was completely unnecessary, and without discussing with me first. Once that was off the table, and the big payout that went with it, they became unresponsive. I never heard from them unless I called them, and their follow up was non-existent. Absolutely terrible customer service. I finally had to get another contractor to finish the job.

I had a mold issue in my basement that got bad quickly. I was referred to HomePro by a neighbor who was happy with their service when he had a flood. They helped me deal with my insurance and got everything covered. They sent independent mold assessor to examine the problem and he came back at the end to do his final test. My house passed all the test and I felt safe again going into my basement. Their work was very clean and professional. I had to write a review to share my wonderful experience with HomePro. My house had pipe break and water damage was excessive to say the least. They came promptly late at night and were very professional. They extracted all the water and got rid of all the damage that night. They walked me through the insurance claim and help me through the entire process. They did great job rebuilding everything. Thank you so much!! Rob and Damian came to assess some water damage from a leak and were two of the nicest and most professional contractors I've ever worked with. They even came back later that afternoon to treat the cabinet with a plant based spray to prohibit mold growth and not only wouldn't charge us, they wouldn't accept a tip either. They'll be our go-to team for any future restoration or renovation projects. I highly recommend them. Thanks, guys!

A pipe burst in my master bathroom and we had a flood in the custom cabinets and in my office below. Rob and Damian came over promptly and explained clearly what needed to be done. The ceiling, one wall and carpet of my office were ripped pit, everything was placed in a pod they got for us and they began making repairs. Workers Luis and Furman were excellent--Careful. Professional and friendly...they did a great job of putting everything back togethe!. Rob and Damian were very responsive and helpful throughout the months-long process. My wife and I were very pleased with tge outcome...Highly recommended!
