Allstate just came to my house today to trim two very large oak trees. Both had large branches extending over approximately one-third of my roof. They were punctual, efficient, and checked in with me while the work was happening to confirm that everything looked good. They worked with me to trim A LOT off of the tree while still maintaining the overall balance and shape of it. In addition to no longer having branches over my roof, Allstate raised the canopy and cut out smaller branches from the middle to allow a little bit of air to flow through it. I observed them taking care care to use the 3-cut method to protect the tree and its bark. They also cut the tree branches an appropriate angle to ensure that the tree will heal efficiently. I highly recommend.

Needed two huge trees removed, one of them had grown too big to be so close to the house and the other growing between wires all the way in the back of the property with no easy path out. Other tree companies said the rear tree would be super difficult with the wires and debris removal.The owner Jerry came personally to give the estimate. He is clear and concise, has a friendly easy going can-do attitude, and was priced very fairly.His crew showed up for the job on time and they too were super friendly (lets be honest; getting house work done is stressful and being nice goes a long way these days). They paid attention to details and when we asked for a couple of specific extra things they did them no problem.They cleaned up meticulously and my yard was actually cleaner after they left than before the job. Would happily recommend & definitely use them again for trimming or more in the future. Thank you guys.

Excellent Service. I called and they came to proved a free quote and we scheduled the service for the same week. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They are experts because this tree was really close to both homes. They cleaned up once they were finish too. Really great team and service. Fair price too. Very happy customer. I called Allstate and Jerry the owner answered- he was at my house same day with a quote and we had the tree removed the next day. Jerry sent my quote within a few hours by email for e-signature- the whole process was very professional and easy. Getting a certificate of Insurance was no problem. I've dealt with 2 other tree companies and Jerry and his entire team were simply much better. His prices are competitive and the quality of work you'll get is excellent. You will not be dealing with a sales rep giving you an overpriced quote like most other companies. I'll only use Allstate in the future and you should too. Thanks Jerry.

Hired Allstate to trim a monster tree in the year yard.The kind of tree that is scary how it looms over the house. Jerry was very responsive and professional and came up with a plan to trim a number of branches away from the house as well as balancing out the tree. His crew arrived with all the right equipment to tackle any job and they worked diligently and safely. It was not an easy task since the tree could only be climbed in order to trim it. I called upon Allstate Tree And Shrub Co. to remove three VERY tall, unsightly trees at our residence - and they did a magnificent job! Francisco is very prompt to answer calls and texts, and he answered my many questions patiently and thoroughly.On the day of service, he and his large crew arrived EARLY and ready to work. His crew was hardworking and swiftly cut down the trees and removed the stumps. There was a LOT of equipment - a cherry picker, a large grinder, and everything else you can think of. They had to go into my neighbor’s backyard to access some of the shrubs - but they were quick and polite - and my neighbor was very grateful. Make sure you have the areas in front of your house cleared of vehicles so they can work safely.They worked quickly, and they cleaned up so well - you’d never know there were trees there at all. This is the second time Francisco has done a large job for us. He’d cleared out some trees and shrubs at our other residence, so we were confident that we’d be very satisfied once again.It’s been hard finding services with this kind of honest, conscientious work ethic. I have used AllState twice to remove 2 huge trees in my yard. They are professional, work quickly, and clean up nicely after they’re done. All their workers are pros, and very courteous. The Allstate team are efficient, courteous and professional. They were friendly and easy to communicate with as we set up the job. Their prices are fair and competitive. They showed up on time and quickly got to work protecting our floors and nimbly moving through our tree to cut the tree limbs and lower them to the ground in a safe and deliberate manner. We asked them to cut down more than originally estimated and they did not use this as an opportunity to pad their original estimate but only suggested a modest additional charge. They left our building and our neighbor's property clean and free of any damage. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend them enough!

I am very satisfied with the tree cutting service of Allstate. They came to my house at exactly the agreed-to time and they worked non- stop from 8:00 am to 3:00pm in the most efficient manner. Francisco, his son Jerry, and the other five workers did a superb job with cutting several trees, grinding their stumps where possible, and trimming numerous bushes such that my property now looks so much better. They were very responsible making sure that my property was protected at all times during the tree cutting. The were also very accommodating making sure that I was satisfied with their work. All in all, I cannot say enough nice things about how the job turned out.
