He stopped by the very next day and assessed our roof while thoroughly explaining his process and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. The following day, Jessica called to inform that our inspection report was ready and would be sent via email. She added that if I had any questions regarding the report I could give her a call and she'll gladly provide me with more information if needed. Citywide roofing is A+ rated! James came and spoke with me and gave me more information than the first contractor I saw. He also gave me a quote that was $500 less than the first contractor quoted me! That is a plus and showed me he really cares about the people he contracts with.The work is exemplary and the workers who came to do the job were efficient and communicated the process to me before and after the work was done. They cleaned up behind themselves and were courteous. Jessica is always available to speak with and explained the work and process to me in terms I could understand.If I could give Citywide a 10 I would, they are great people, do great work and the quote I received was reasonable. I needed repairs for leaks l around a chimney and a soil stack. I received one estimate for “quite a lot.” Citywide quoted what was to me a much more reasonable price. James came when promised and did a fine job. While working he found another small problem, with a window, and took care of that too, for no additional charge.
