I've used this company a few times for new windows and a terrace door. They are very professional and do a great job. The windows are a very good quality product and were installed with care. The level of communication is very good as well. They are neat, clean and removed my debris. I will always recommend Unified.

My husband & I bought 2 doors ( one basement exterior & kitchen security screen door ) Since the security screen door was put in, we've had problems with it. Air & water leaks. We called the company & told us that how security doors are & call manufacturer. We did & they didn't understand why they gave us their number.I won't use the company again or recommend them to anyone.

After doing some research, we chose Unified to install a new door and sidelights for our front entrance. It was a great decision! The expert that came to our home helped us pick the design we liked the best. The cost was competitive, the installation was quick, and the door looks beautiful. The whole experience was pleasant, and we won't hesitate to work with them again.

I am disappointed with Unified's lack of weekend appointments for window installation, specifically Saturdays, when many people have off from work. I would appreciate if management gave this issue immediate consideration.

I used Unified to install 19 new windows in my home. The windows came on time within the 12 week window that they told me. The crew that they sent to install did a fantastic job and completed the installation in less than 1 day. I would highly recommend Unified for value after pricing both Anderson and Pella. I got everything I wanted at a very reasonable price comparatively. I had no complaints and could not ask for more. Just be aware that they will not move furniture or take down blinds, which was a bit of a problem with me but Unified worked with me to resolve this issue.Service: General window replacement

After a very pleasant experience with Unified with an entry door replacement, we chose them to replace three windows that had become unserviceable. From the estimate, to the completion, everything was executed perfectly. They were on time, they were neat, they were quick, and the quality of the windows and the workmanship was just perfect. So was the price! I plan to have some other repairs done here and some other installations and I will be using Unified once again. Their jingle? That's another story! ;-)Service: Window installation

I had 3 windows replaced and a storm door installed. The order was placed in may and due to covid-19 the order didnt arrive until the first week of September. Unified was upfront about the delay in production and once my order arrived an installation date was set up everything was fantastic. The installers Chris and Dre were fantastic, the job took 2 days and they were very professional, polite, respectful of your property and they did not hesitate to answer any of your questions or concerns.I was extremely happy with the cleanup, and was extremely happy with the quality of the overall job. I would have no problem referring Unified to any of my family or friends and, would definitely use Unified again for any other work I may need.Services: General door installation, Window installation

I first used Unified for a few windows. They custom sized, manufactured & installed them. Was so happy (& I'm fussy), that I redid all the windows from top to bottom, front & side doors, garage door & lastly a new patio door. Everyone was just wonderful. Mike helped with my choices & submitted the measurements & paperwork. Then a 2nd gentleman came & remeasured, just to be absolutely precise. The installers were meticulous, friendly & when they were finished, cleaned every spec of dust & dirt. Not only do they manufacture everything, they also warrantee them. So when one of my locks was getting a bit hard to open, they came & repaired it, no problem. The prices are beyond fair & the quality is wonderful. The initial garage door installation went well and on time. However they forgot the emergency released part. Spoke to the manager and he assured me that they will be there within the week. Well that was an awful experience. It took four no show appointments to get them to come out to complete installing the emergency released part. In one of the occasion that they did show up, the technician claim he was not capable of installing this part and left. So it took me 4 days off from work to wait for them not to show up or send a technician that was not prepared to do the installation.

Unified had a manufacturing delay of 12 weeks for windows in February and yet, they knowingly did not tell consumers. They gave the standard 8 week delay spill in writing to consumers. So in reality there was a 12 week, 3 month, delay on top of the standard 8 week minimum Installation date. Save yourself and avoid deceptive, dishonest companies like Unified in Westbury.

The Unified team--from sales to installers--did a great job (replacing basement windows and gutters and leaders) at a great price. Moreover, I did a lot of comparative "shopping around" before deciding upon Unified.
