I called a couple of chimney repair companies. I waited 48 hours, but they never got back to me. I searched on google for a top rated chimney repair service; I found Chimney Heroes. They had 5 stars with over 900 reviews.First call to Chimney Heroes they picked up the phone right away. Very friendly, patient and understanding. They scheduled me right in for an appointment. Couple days later Jared showed up to my front door. Jared was thorough in his inspection and took the time to explain what he was doing. Jared is knowledgeable in his craft. While he was on the roof checking the chimney he noticed my gutters were clogged and cleaned them out for me.This guy goes above and beyond. The problem with what we were concerned with was fixed. The report he sent back was very detailed with pictures before and after the work. Chimney Heroes are true professionals!Today I had my second in person experience with their team. From the super sweet office staff who are knowledgeable about all the processes and can explain everything in layman’s terms. To the detailed appointment reminders via text, call and e-mail, which included the name and picture of the technician that will arrive. Then a phone call when they are on the way, with the offer of grabbing you a coffee! That is a nice touch! Today Jared was my technician/consultant for a cleaning and inspection of my chimney and fireplace in my childhood home, my family built nearly 40 years ago. He was incredibly professional, considerate and personable. He wore shoe covers coming into the house and they lay out a large covering for the floor and surrounding area of your fireplace. Being as old as it is, I was a little worried they would find something wrong and try to sell me a new one. The inspection was incredibly detailed and well explained to me, and then the report that they send is full of more details and pictures. Jared took extra measurements and pictures to keep in my file for a future time, should I decide to replace it in the future. Although my fireplace is at least 10 years past its generalized life expectancy, based on the maintenance and usage there is no reason it needs to be replaced right now. I highly recommend Chimney Heroes. Top to bottom, start to finish they were detailed and professional. Don’t hesitate to call them!

After reading reviews on Google, I decided to go with Chimney Heros. Jared came out on a Saturday morning and was very friendly. I just bought a new home and he was great at answering and explaining all of my questions. He inspected thoroughly and took pictures for me to view. My chimney ended up not needing to be swept but he cleaned my fireplace out well. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful experience working Chimney Heroes. Jared was thorough in his inspection and took the time to explain what he was doing. The report that is provided is really helpful as well. I appreciated getting to see the before/after photos of the cleaning. Even though he was here for the fireplace he was nice enough to answer some questions I had on dryer vent cleaning, and shared some really helpful tips. Overall a great experience.

Jared and Chris were so nice. They helped us clean and replace bricks on our wood stove. We appreciated how quick they accomplished the job. Their pricing was very reasonable and they had a great online report for us. The two guys were kind and didn’t do anything without us giving approval first. Jared came to the house to estimate a chimney cover and cap replacement. Unfortunately there was bad news which Jared used his best bedside manner to break it gently. His wealth of knowledge came through and in no uncertain terms told me that he could not give a good faith estimate because the chimney itself was faulty and would not pass code and was dangerous to me and my family. His advice was to replace it all and although expensive, it was the only course of action to take. We will be getting peace of mind as well as a new chimney. Thank you Jared for helping keep my family safe.

Jared was amazing and such a wealth of knowledge. He really went out of his way, above and beyond the typical inspection and sweeping service you would've expected. Super friendly and honest, very clean as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience at a very reasonable price. Will only be using these guys from now on. Really wish I had used them for my install, as there were a few things done that weren't fully explained by the other company.

My experience was great so far. I worked with Jared specifically and he was exceptional! I need to state that I have not had any work done, yet. However his approach to provide an honest and thorough quote was truly top notch!He came out less than 24hrs after I called the company to inspect my chimney.
