Not a good company to work with. We got our solar panels in January. They went over with us where the panels would go and we signed off on the plan. They came and installed them. When they were complete, they put the electrical conduit in the front of our home instead of going to the back side of the home where you wouldn't be able to see it from the street. When we called our sales person Sean, he came right away and said they did it this way because it was easier for them. There were other options to make it look nicer like going behind the chimney. He also said he does not know why they don't put the electrical conduit on the plans to go over. He "supposedly" called the owner while he was here to advise him and he said no problem, they will come and fix it. In the meantime, they kept calling us to sign off on the completion of the work. We did not feel comfortable but kept being called by our Rep and the service department. We were also told that if we did not sign off, they can turn the power off. We signed off and called to schedule the service to come and correct the electrical conduit and they said that we would have to pay for the labor $350. When we called our rep again he said tell he would pay for it. When we called back to advise, they said our rep no longer works there and that we would have to pay. And being told now that it's $180 an hour and they don't know how long they would need. We feel we should not have to pay for something that should of been done correctly to our liking or at least go over with the owner prior to installing. It's esthetically unpleasing.

Working with HyTech Home was a great experience. They replaced my old AC units with new and efficient heat pumps. They made the whole process from system evaluation, rebates, financing to installation very easy. The installation crew was very professional. They were always on time, clean, and knowledgeable. They did a great job with the installation and always answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this company.

Working with the Hytech team could not have gone smoother. They kept me informed of each step all through the HVAC installation of insulation process. each and every worker showed a passion and desire to be careful inside and outside my home as if it were their own. I’m now considering full solar because the value you received was so great. I can’t recommend Anthony , Jason and his team more emphatically. Thank you Hytech!

The installation was not the problem. The service afterwards is absolutely atrocious. I have had them here on multiple occasions. They come, it doesn't get resolved. They tell me, they have to do some further work etc. It has been 2 weeks and they cannot give me a date for service. Each day I call, they claim to figure it out and will call me back. They don't and around and around we go. They keep saying, I'm sorry with no answers. I've never in my life experienced service so bad. I ask to be to a supervisor. They aren't available. I ask give me a time frame that they are. I cannot, they come and go constantly lol. I wish any of this was made up it is so absurd.

Hytech Solar did our install at the end of January. 5 months now and we couldn’t be happier with the project. From start to finish Hytech was professional, courteous and communicative. Especially Leigh, so easy working with her. Besides the hardware on your roof the system comes with a fantastic online service which enables you to monitor your system. Once you sign up you can view usage and solar collection data!! A very powerful tool. Hopefully more people go solar and if you do i would highly recommend Hytech.

Hytech just finished my install yesterday. I added 15 panels and 2 power walls to my existing solar system. The experience was good the whole way through. My sales rep, Lou was great. He was informative and not pushy. I have dealt with some other solar sales man that reminded me of a used car salesman, this was not the case. Lou was professional, informative and when he didn't know the answer he checked with engineering. The install crew was excellent. Chris, Tommy and Tim were excellent, thorough and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way and discussed the location of the power walls and the shut off switched that go along with them. Chris even reached out to Tesla to confirm a question I asked before he got started. I highly recommend Hytech, the experience was good throughout but the sales and install were both awesome.

I recently had both a new roof and solar installed by Hytech and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the process and work. Sean Benedetto was very thorough and never pushy during the whole project.Living in a village where permitting tends to be a nightmare, the Hytech team stayed on top of it and got the project done in a very timely manor.Between the new roof install, tree removal and solar install all the technicians were very neat and have had no issues with quality.I would certainly recommend then to Friends and Family in the future.

I wish the app was a little easier to understand but I’m saving so much money with the solar panels so it doesn’t matter.

I had my solar installation done by Hytech about a year ago and have been completely satisfied with the quality of workmanship as well as their customer support. As promised, my system would be saving me money as my system has generated enough power which gave me enough credits to cover my usage during the overnights and cloudy days. The installation crew did a great job and explained how the system worked. A neighbor of mine had installation a day before me and couldn't be more happy with his savings as well. Now, the federal government is giving a 30% tax credit again so it really makes this a great time to do it.

I had Chris come by to run some tests on my solar system that was installed in March. 1000% honest and trustworthy. Explained everything clearly thoroughly about my system. Hytech recently installed the solar panels at our home and did an amazing job. At every stage of the process from the initial order with David Neiger, the house inspection and finally the installation with contractor & the electrician was all amazingly done. My husband & I are engineers and meticulous when dealing with contractors. We were very impressed during the installation at how knowledgeable they were, the workmanship of the team and of course without taking any shortcuts. We highly recommend this group.

Probably the best contractor I have ever dealt with. They went to unbelievable effort to make sure that I got a system that met my needs and made sense for the building. Jason does excellent work, never cutting corners, and always making sure everything was done properly. Really appreciate how they cleaned as they went and took care with the premises. I can't recommend them enough.
