I had contacted Phil at Premium Roofing and Siding to get a quote on a downed gutter. He came by the next morning and was able to quickly assess and explain thoroughly what would need to be done. We agreed on a price, and he got to work immediately after going out of his way to find out that it was supposed to rain, so as to prevent damage to the already rotting wood that supported the gutter. Phil was extremely kind, professional, patient in explaining what needed to happen, proactive in providing updates as work progressed, and not push at all. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Phil is the very best! We had 3 leaks in our roof within 6 months of purchasing our house and each time Phil came very quickly and solved the problem - including photos so we understood our situation. During the quote process, Phil was more forthcoming than the other roofers and gave us several options about how to complete job, talking through the pros and cons of each. When we decided to replace our entire roof and all of the plywood, Phil gave us a quote in November of 2022 and honored it a year later even though I was clear that I expected an increase in price for the materials. He then completed the work on a very fair payment plan that allowed us to avoid taking out a loan for the significant expense. We couldn't be happier and will absolutely reach out to Phil when it's time to replace our siding.

It’s hard to find good reliable companies in the service industry these days. Premier roofing and siding were very friendly, no pressure, or professional, and most important they were able to fix our leaking roof over our daughters nursery and the leaks coming in our skylights.
