Frank Williams and Roof Pro installed a new roof for me in 2019. They were well priced, professional, on-time, and clean. The job surpassed my expectations, and I couldn't have been happier.But that's not the whole story. Last week, during tropical storm Isaias, a tree fell on my house and roof. Not knowing how bad it was, I immediately called Frank to tell him that I needed him. Roof Pro couldn't have responded any faster. As soon as I had the tree removed, they inspected my roof and made the necessary repairs in record time so that no more damage would occur.But that's not the whole story. Today, I noticed pooling water in my basement. I had lost some gutters from the tree that fell and hadn't gotten to repairing them yet. The basement flooding was directly below the damaged gutters because all the roof runoff was collecting near my foundation. I called Frank again, and he happened to have a crew in my area, so he sent them over to see what he could do. Once again, gutters repaired in record time.I have NEVER had a contractor as responsive, friendly, caring, or professional as Frank Williams and the crew at Roof Pro. If you are considering having work done within their capabilities, I would recommend them wholeheartedly. After calling several different roofers I contacted Joel from Roof Pro and they immediately stood out. I can not stress enough just how professional they were. Joel took the time to go over the whole process on what was being done. They were very quick in scheduling and getting the roof replaced correctly as well as guaranteeing the work they do . the company came and installed a *Gaf Ultra HD weathered wood roof on my house. After they were done I walked around my house and couldn’t find 1 nail. They raked around my house with a magnetic rake. I never saw this done before so it was pretty cool, especially since I have kids and pets so they made sure the yard was as clean as possible .
