All we've ever heard were horror stories about contractors, so we just kept waiting for something to go wrong. Working with Kenco, it couldn't have been more the opposite. We used Kenco to completely redo our basement. They were so helpful in guiding us through what would be the best way to design our basement while also listening to our requests. The entire team was responsive from the office managers calling to check in on us to the project manager giving updates on who was coming and when. They showed up daily and stuck to the projected timeline. If we had an issue, it was taken care of the next day. I know construction can be very stressful, but we just did not experience that at all. We will be using them again (and again and again). Best of all, EVERYONE they sent was extremely nice and friendly. We have a daughter who is just shy of 2 and she looked forward to "the guys" coming every day. What a pleasure to work with.Service: Basement remodeling

This was extremely timely even with the weather, and being on time is very important to me.The office staff was also very accommodating and followed through. A very unorganized company and the worker I dealt with, Pete, was a walking douche. He has no communication skills and constantly gives attitude. He also treats his employees poorly. I would recommend any other construction company such as, AAA Construction & Design Inc, and DJ's Home Improvements.
