We used Ogilvie Contracting for a complete gut renovation on our home in Wantagh, and turned our Cape into a Colonial. We couldn't be more happy with our new home and the job Ogilvie did. From the start to the finish, the high quality of the work, flexibility, professionalism, punctuality, and customer service was some of the best I've ever seen, in a very challenging market where you often don't get that. They completed the job on time, and in a very timely fashion, where many other contractors were telling us it would take many months longer. I would highly recommend considering Ogilvie for any home improvements, I am very confident you won't be disappointed.

We used Ogilvie Contracting to put a full dormer on our ranch house. We also had them open up some walls on our main floor. We were extremely happy with them. They were always available to answer any questions we had and guide us through the process. They also completed the project within the time frame they gave us, which was a huge deal since we were living with our parents! Our house turned out exactly how we wanted it too. I can not recommend them enough! They were truly such a nice group of people (and a family business which was awesome). Ogilvie Contracting renovated our entire home and added a second floor. We started the process with Sean, who walked us through everything and was super transparent and helpful. Any questions we had, he always had the answers in a kind and timely manner. Dave was our main point of contact once work started, and he was amazing. Super knowledgeable, understanding, cognizant of our needs and communicated with us about everything. We were never in the dark. We always knew what was going on and what our timeline was. They work incredibly fast and the work itself is beautiful.Beth, who runs the office/takes care of the paperwork/deals with the town is a literal angel. Such a pleasure to work with and she went above and beyond in terms of scheduling each subcontractor, inspection, and making sure all of our paperwork was in order. She’s also just so nice!!We are so beyond thankful to everyone on the team - they were so respectful of our home and always fielded our billions of questions. They are true professionals - from the way they communicate and create timelines to the subcontractors they employ (all of whom were amazing and FAST!) to their attention to detail.We love our home and know it wouldn’t have come to fruition had we not found this amazing team. We used Ogilvie for a complete dormer of our house. We cannot speak highly enough about Ogilvie. The crew was consistently on time, hard-working, respectful, organized, neat, and clean. Fantastic job power washing my roof, house and pavers. The house looks fantastic and the pavers look about as good as when we put them down 5 years ago. It’s amazing how dirty everything was and how beautiful my house is now. I had to go back out and walk around the house because the job was so fantastic!!!! A++++ and Sean was great to work with. Contacted for roof cleaning had problems with roof Moss. These guys wipe that stuff out gone wWorth what I paid as you don't want that stuff growing on your roof got rid of the tree covering the house problem solved

They put a second floor,deck,and replaced all of our windows. Workmanship, and Customer Service were wonderful. The project was completed on time and on budget!
