Ours is the 3rd house in our family that Jimmy, Ron and the Panther crew have worked on and all 3 came out wonderful.Jimmy has been a pleasure to work with on all 3 projects and the quality of their work is great. In these precarious times where contractors have a bad reputation of defrauding customers, Panther Siding & Windows sets themselves apart by being honorable, professional, patient, and the best. The laid my concrete and pavers, and did it well. Panther Siding & Windows Inc was recommended to me by a friend. I met with Jimmy their representative, and he spent some time with me answering all of my questions. I had a few. :-}. He made some creative suggestions to bring out the best curb appeal for my home. When we progressed with the project, I was then introduced to Ricky, the foreman, who included me in every step of the process. The work was done in a timely manner, in a neat fashion. The company even accommodated me by moving up the timeline because of a family emergency. Once the project was done, Bob the supervisor came by to check to make sure "his guys" did the right thing and to ensure that I was happy with the job. I have never met a contractor who was interested in how satisfied I was about the project. It has been said that a picture is worth a thousand words. Look at my before & after pictures. Look at the amazing transformation of the curb appeal. Hurricane Henri and Ida damaged my parents' roof. We had 3 proposals. Panther beat out the others with their honesty and lifetime warranty. They did a beautiful job. See pictures.Special thanks to Jimmy and his brother who came after hours to install the emergency tarp so we could wait for weeks for the insurance inspection.I had Panther before to replace the roof of my previous house. So I know they can do a good job. When I sold that house a few years ago, they even printed a new transferred warranty for the new owner. I don't know of anyone else who would do that. We just had a beautiful Master Bedroom and Bathroom Renovation that belongs in a magazine. Kate and her crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. 4.5! If I could add a half star, I would. Panther Siding & Windows did a wonderful job with our roof! The details in the job really make our home “pop” and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results! They also took charge of replacing the gutters and shutters to make our house look brand new!Why not the 5? Because a “5” indicates perfection and they have some room for improvement in the communication department. I felt the need to be asking question after question because things were not as clear as I would’ve liked. Also, there are different crews that do different jobs so you’re dealing with several people. If you’re ok with having to stay on top of the job yourself, then this is the spot for you. Plus, as mentioned in the beginning, the final product is stupendous!

In just 8 Days, without any stress or disruption, Glenn & his firm's team of true craftmen at Panther transformed the Entire Exterior of our large But much deteriorated home, replacing 3 layers of roofs, gutters, old cedar shakes, 30+ drafty 1950's windows, dangerously delapidated stoop and ugly old screened front porch so we could position the home for sale and accelerate our downsizing plans.What is most important is right after we signed the agreement, I was diagnosed with cancer. Amazingly and so professionally, Glenn took complete control and removed all the detailed minutiae of the project from our concerns. Glenn stayed in touch pre & post surgery, giving us reassurance and a comfort level so that we were able to concentrate on my recovery. He treated the project as though it was his own personal home. In the end our home is amazing. We hired panther to renovate our bathroom and to install plumbing for a laundry room. They did an excellent job and worked in a professional detailed and efficient manner. They were here practically everyday from when they started. We are very happy with the service that Glenn and his staff provided throughout the entire process. Highly recommend getting all your housework needs done with Panther Siding and Windows Inc. The entire team from start to finish were phenomenal. We got their information from a friend who got their housework done and came out great. I called to make an appointment and spoke with Gerri. She was fantastic and scheduled us right in for a consultation. We worked with Jimmy who walked us through the entire process in choosing our roof and siding. Feeling very confident and comfortable that that we signed a contract before he left our appointment. Jimmy was professional and thoroughly answered all our questions and concerns. Needless to say that within a week, at the end of the scorching heat in June the teams were outside getting to work. The first team who came to build our Portico was Tommy and his guys. They literally transformed the front of our home and beam repairs for our balcony before lunchtime. Great guys and very nice. Next, Oscar Sr. And Oscar Jr. An amazing duo and their roofing crew installed our roof and balcony repair in a timely manner. They worked hard through the summer heat and were very considerate to not damage our garden. Nick and his incredible crew put up the siding and window caps. Nick was one of the first guys I saw every morning and always had a great big hello for my son who was eager to see all the construction guys before work started. The final touch was the gutter install which completed our house. We expressed our thanks to the entire crew and kept them hydrated. Overall, they are a wonderful family owned business and they definitely have an outstanding team. We love the outcome and look forward to doing more business with Panther. Friends, family and neighbors all compliment how beautiful our house came out. If I can give them more stars, I would.
