Joe fixed our issue in under 24 hours!! He is super friendly, fast to respond, easy to work with, and was able to give us an estimate quickly based off of a few pictures for a minor repair we needed. Joe and Caleb did a meticulous job replacing our old white gutters with new beautiful black gutters. Having worked in the trades myself I was very impressed with their attention to detail and after our first thunderstorm of the season I can say that the new ones worked perfectly whereas our older ones would have flooded over since they were smaller and not pitched correctly to the drain spouts. He came right over after our first phone call to show us our options of size & color and was able to give us an estimate & date for the work on the spot. On the installation date, Joe & his very professional crew arrived early, worked diligently as well as quietly to replace our aging, failed plastic gutters & downspouts in one day. In fact, Joe created some new routes for rainwater runoff to simplify our system and was able to tie into all of our underground take-away pipe systems to channel water to our garden, flowers etc. When the rains came, our new seamless gutters performed flawlessly, plus they look terrific. Reviews are very important! I hired two contractors in August 2021. I did not research one of the contractors, What a Mistake!!!JC Seamless Gutters have excellent reviews. Prompt, (When Joe tells you he will be there to install the Gutters between 8-9 am, he calls at 8am to tell you he will be there at 8:30am) he was at my home exactly at 8:30am. If I called or texted Joe, within minutes I would have my answer. Joe and his son picked up nails and cleaned up after themselves even things they were not responsible for. I have an ice damp right in front of my front door, Joe was kind enough to install my heating wire. Joe is friendly, easygoing and never complained about coming back the following week to install the back gutter. Joe even offered to come back and put my Christmas light’s up when I mentioned I didn’t want my husband climbing on a ladder. Joe and his son came and my lights look wonderful! It is very refreshing as a senior to know, Joe was very fair with the cost of the gutter system. I can not say enough good things about JC Seamless Gutters.
