Mayra and her team went above and beyond. Had a porch roof that was falling apart and in desperate need of removal. I was playing with the option of replacing it or keeping it open but wasn't sure because how bad of shape it was in. Mayra and her team ended up taking the porch roof down and completely replaced it in a day and a half. I am beyond grateful for they're hard work and time they took to do the job. It looks amazing and have a new shaded porch to enjoy the summer on without fear of it collapsing. Thank you Mayra and team!! I had 3 leaks dripping in the attic. 1st Choice responded quickly to my call and investigated the problem. In less than a day they removed an old roof fan, resealed a drain vent, replaced water damaged sheeting and re shingled the area with matched shingles.
