I would like to give a five star review for Chris and the team at Fire Water Pros. Our roof was impaled with branches from a tree that was struck by lightening. The response time throughout our entire experience was incredible. A text resulted in an immediate call from Chris. He and his team went over and above throughout the whole process. Our washing machine malfunction and leaked water to all basement floor. Chris and his crew was fantastic from the start. Immediately responsive and reassuring that everything would be work out. He got fans out to our place on day one. Chris and his team at fire water pros took are of everything, including drying mitigation, sending out stuff to storage, repairing, repainting, getting our stuff back in, and working with our insurance. They brought in the right people to do a great job. They were incredibly professional and kind,I highly recomend them for any kind of water damage.

Five stars, phenomenal customer service, very kind, very responsive! On Christmas eve, 2020 our house sustained major water damage. We called Fire Water Pros on a recommendation. Early on Christmas day, the owner of the company, Christopher Dailey, showed up ready to help us.They have been wonderful to work with - from the onset Chris made us feel comfortable and taken care of.His communication was excellent throughout, he really helped us navigate all aspects of the clean up - insurance, mitigation, and rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Chris made sure to explain all the steps involved, and was available whenever a question came up. The customer service provided by Fire Water Pros is the best we’ve ever received, helping us in a very stressful situation.Our project took a long time due to supply chain delays, etc. and Chris went the extra mile to get the job done.We are now living back in our beautiful home, and are really grateful for the excellent service that Fire Water Pros provided us. Just before Christmas we were faced with an impossible task of having to restore a home disaster in Johnson City, NY while remotely living in Charleston, South Carolina. In addition, this work, including some significant infrastructure upgrades, had to be completed in an unreasonably short period of time. Luckily for us FireWaterPros came to our rescue. They were on the scene within hours and managed the entire home restoration, and upgrades, to perfection, with little to no guidance. The leadership and professionalism exhibited by FireWaterPros was top notch. We were confident in every decision/choice they made. As a business owner myself, I’ve come to trust real people with real reviews.On the second ring, the owner picked up the phone and reassured me that everything was going to be fine.Chris and his highly competent and professional team responded quickly to all of our needs.At every moment of the cleanup, Chris coordinated with the insurance company then communicated with me on exactly what was happening. I contacted Fire Water Pros when a water issue arose in my home involving water and mold. Chris came to my house that day to assess the job and provide a quote. We could not get anyone else to come for over 10 day to even provide us a quote. He was on time, professional and explained to us in detail the work that should be performed. He started the job the next day even with his busy schedule. Once into the job he assessed possible damage behind a wall that could not be seen. The damage was to a greater extent than we expected. Chris assured us it was not a problem, fixable and that he would handle the additional work for us. He was here everyday on time and made a very stressful situation manageable. I HIGHLY recommend Fire Water Pros to anyone that has the misfortune of a puff back in their home. The staff was very careful, meticulous, and diligent in the cleaning and restoring of our home. Chris' staff was also very friendly, approachable, and respectful of our situation. They took pride in their work.There was soot all over our house in Nichols, NY due to a furnace malfunction, and Fire Water Pros did an outstanding job of cleaning our home. In addition, the owner (Mr. Chris Dailey) was very knowledgeable about how to restore our home. He was also very easy to get a hold of via phone or e-mail, was on-site at our home overseeing things on a regular basis, and he communicated with my insurance company frequently to advocate on our behalf. Chris' communication with our insurance company alleviated a lot of stress for us, and our home was back to normal in only two weeks. If I ever had a disaster of this nature in my house again, I would only want to hire Fire Water Pros to restore our home.

On Christmas day our basement filled with ground water. I called Fire Water Pros and they arrived in about an hour, as they said. They helped keep the water from reaching our furnace and came back daily to check and add more remediation equipment. When it was dry they came back 1 more time and treated it with mold killer. My 90 year old dad's house had a water issue in the basement. I called Fire Water Pros. They responded in hours and began work on the basement. All water damaged materials were quickly removed and they worked with the insurance company. I live out of town and was able to completely rely on them. I was contacted often about the status of the job, I was sent pictures as they went along, and they kept me informed about the process and what I needed to do. The basement came out fantastic! Back in February 2005, I experienced a devastating house fire. Chris Dailey/ Firewaterpros came forward as an honest and concerned business person and his crew and himself did a wonderful job on my fire restoration, clean-out and then followed through with complete re-construction of my property. In August 2018 I traveled to NY to help care for my elderly parents for a month. A week after arriving they had torrential rains and flooding was occurring everywhere, including my parents neighborhood. Fortunately they were spared. A week later I kept hearing water running from somewhere but could not locate any issues where I assumed the problem was. When I finally went into their basement I found myself ankle deep in water. They had a pipe burst that had been leaking for probably a good part of that week. I could not shut off the main water supply to the house due to a corroded shut off nor could I shut the water off from the valve on the pipe that burst because it was also corroded. I called one water company who couldn't get out to see me for several days because they were still dealing with many cases from the flood the week before. I was told most likely nobody would be able to get out to help for days for the same reason. I found Fire Water Pros and decided to call anyway. Chris answered right away. I explained what happened and he told me he would be out within 45 minutes, and he was, even though he was inundated with other clients who had been flooded from the rains. He came in and assessed the situation and he was able to get the valve on the burst pipe to work so we could shut that water supply off. He sat down with me and explained the process and helped me work with my parent's insurance company so he could get to work. He came back an hour later with all the machines to suck up the water and start the drying process. He and his team worked until after 11 PM that night to get us to a good place. After that he stayed in touch and let me know when he would arrive each day and what his team would be doing. There were many unforeseen challenges along the way that put Chris's schedule behind, but he patiently waited for me to handle those situations so he could continue working. The initial discovery was a Sunday evening. To make matters worse, the upcoming Friday I had an important gathering for my father that could not be postposed, so Chris and his team worked non-stop to make sure we could hold that event, even though he was not done with the job. He made sure debris and equipment were cleaned up and out of sight for the event and resumed his work after that weekend. The job was completed the following week. He did what he said he would do every step of the way, and he and his team were respectful of the situation in our home with my two elderly parents, hardworking, polite, thorough, and always made time to answer any questions in person or by returning calls or texts promptly. It is rare to find service providers today that operate in that fashion. We highly recommend Chris and his team at Fire Water Pros.

I've got a Trex porch and ramp that needed some deep cleaning because mold was growing on them, so I called Fire Water Pros. Unlike the competition, they actually answered their phone. Not only that, but Chris (who answered) went into detail about what my options were, came out to look at it that day, verified that the chemicals they intended to use wouldn't harm the Trex, and scheduled the job for a couple of days later.They came today and did a very nice job of cleaning my porch, ramp, and the front of my house. Chris was even nice enough to dry off my screen door by hand since I wouldn't be able to leave it open for a while afterwards because I can't reach the locking clamp at the top of the door.As a final touch, they plan on following up with me in about six weeks to verify that the chemicals worked and make sure the problem hasn't returned. I'm very satisfied and will be doing business with them again.
