I went the Pretty Kitty for a first time waxing. I was amazed at how quick it was. The owner gave me suggestions for making it easier before my appointment. I am such a baby I did not think I would be able to follow through! We actually laughed and had a good time. It was a good experience. I have also had spray tans at the Pretty Kitty and very much enjoyed those also. Best prices in the area, great job and excellent customer service.

went with my girlfriends! first time waxer. I felt like the women waxing us were apart of our group. they were so kind, friendly, and warm. they knew what they were doing and helped me to be calm. I love the outcome! very happy and grateful and will be back next month

I was extremely sore after getting a Brazilian wax here. There is pain after getting a wax but the pain I experienced was not normal. In addition, the work was not thorough. There was a good amount of hair left behind. Getting a wax is already an uncomfortable experience, I was disappointed at how quickly the hair grew back meaning that it was not taken out properly. Other than that the lady was nice though and the place was clean.

I have been going to Satira for a couple of years now and I will never go to another place. I have had some pretty terrible experiences at other places, I've been burned and bruised and had skin ripped off. NEVER with Satira. She always does an amazing job. I never have any ingrown hair either! I have recommended her to friends and family and they love it there just as much as I do!

Staff was friendly and professional! They truly went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I don’t understand these one and two star reviews- I saw nothing like they say on my visit. Definitely recommend for first time or chronic waxers!

I was burned HORRIBLY by one of the wax techs. Went in for a Brazilian and it ruined my Miami vacation . Burns down my leg, I couldn’t wear my swimsuit !! I have high detail pictures and was never taken care of ! I told the owner and all she had to say was the tech prob left the lid on the wax !! Could’ve probably even sued !!I then went in for another wax . Still trying to give them my business . Giving them the opportunity to make it right and instead of fixing the situation with great customer service they refused to wax me and turned me away .

as a guy I am rather hairy and wanted to try something other than shaving. The lady took one look at me and decided for my own benefit, try just 5he back. I understood.But it was not as painful as I thought it would be, OH YES! it hurt, mostly for the stomach, but she was fast efficient and made it as little pai as she could. Five stars for Jameka.

This place is awful. I came in for a full arm wax and came out with blood clots and ripped skin. I have now developed burn marks on my arms. My Yelp review has pictures. Save yourself the time, pain and scars!

Made an appointment online (which was super easy) for an eyebrow wax. Was in and out super quick and she did a wonderful job! I would 100% reccomdend to a friend and will be returning!

Scheduled an appointment that was accepted. I showed up for it and the lady let me know that they only performed that service on women and would not do it for a guy. I was pretty disappointed.
