Joe and his team were quick, clean, and professional in their work to repair our porch's roof. They finished the work in less than a day. They cleaned up any remnants of garbage and debris that resulted from the work. The employees were also very courteous and overall great to work and communicate with. We hired Mr. Joe's Home Improvement to renovate an 800 sq. feet apartment. Mr. Joe's Home Improvement did a spectacular job including a complete gut and renovation of the kitchen and bath. Some of the pros include great professional electric work. Everything from what is visible to what's behind the walls with plumbing and electric seems to be done right.While there were some mishaps, Mr. Joe's Home Improvement worked with us to rectify and remediate all the identified problems. They returned the renovated apartment clean and even cleaned up common areas in the building outside of the apartment. The most important part to me was that everyone from the owners of Mr. Joe's to their staff seemed to be skilled and reliable people. I'm not one to write a review but I thought it important to share my negative experience. I'm a tenant in a home they are working on and the pair that are doing the work are both inconsiderate and unprofessional. They were smoking inside the home and they leave cigarette butts all over the ground in front of the home. There has also been an abundance of litter since they have been around. They had to come into my apartment to fix a leak from work they were doing on the second floor, and left the place a complete mess. There was no attempt to clean up. Personally, can't wait for these people to be gone. Unprofessional is an understatement.

Joe's Home Improvement was professional and did a great job on our new roof. My husband watched the progress of the job and saw quality work. They even added a downspout on a dormer and put new hangers in the gutter while working on the roof. This shows that they care about the work and their customers. Ms. Nicole came to review my estimate request for new rails & the aluminum balusters I personally selected. Looks fantastic and they redid the old soffit on my porch foyer too. Everyone who saw it loves it, as the old wrought (white) iron rails and posts were all rusted out! Looks like a new home now! I just love it~ Thank you, again!

Mr. Joe and Ms. Nicole are good, conscientious people! We had several roofers give us estimates, but theirs was quite a bit lower than the others (apples to apples). They don't surprise you with add-on costs at the end of the job. Mr. Joe stands behind (on top) the craftsmanship of his roofs. They even did a few extra things to our roof at our request free of charge. Mr. Joe sub-contracts young, hard-working guys to install his roofs, but he will go up on the roof to help and ensure the job is done right. They kept the area around the house clear of debris each day. The roof was completed sooner than anticipated and looks awesome. If and when we need someone to perform other home improvements, Mr. Joe's will be our first call.

Great service, honest people. They helped us take snow off our roof and remove an ice dam 5 days after the big snow this year. We called on a Friday night, they answered, put us on the schedule and was here on Monday. My across the street neighbors asked them to clear off a bit for him too. They did, without hesitation. Definitely reccomend.
