Had them to the house 4 times. At the initial interview they were told up front that if they break something they need to tell me, not hide it and let me discover for myself.The first 3 cleanings were mediocre. Many things were missed including vacuuming front hall. windex mirrors, dusting front hall, etc....They tried to charge me more than agreed upon. They could not get the dates we had mutually agreed upon correct. The 4th time, they broke the knob on my oven and tried to hide it. When I discovered it had been broken I was met with defensiveness. They offered to mickey mouse it back together.Very expensive for barely mediocre work.
