I called T&B in December of 2023 after I found rainwater leaking into my home through my main electrical panel and Jared came out to my home the same day to inspect and quote repairs. Previously I had 3 other electricians out, including a lightning strike damage abatement company sent by our home insurer, all who did not believe that water could be entering my home through the wires going into my panel and did not do any work to actually diagnose the problem. Jared was on the same page as me (I had my own theory about the source of the water) and agreed about the scope of the repairs. We needed to replace all of the wiring on the outside of the house from the weather head back to the panel as the sheathing and insulation was breaking down over time (probably sun/UV exposure), and then also replace the panel itself and all of the breakers which had been filled with water and oxidized. Once I was ready to schedule the repairs I called the office and was on the schedule within a week. The actual repairs took a crew of 2 people less than 4 hours from start to finish and the quality of the work was better than what had existed before. One of the electricians accidentally put a small dent in our gutter downspout when wiring the outside of the house (which we didn't even think was noticeable) but he brought it to our attention, wanting to be honest, and repaired the piece of gutter before finishing the job. I normally do small wiring projects myself (receptacles, fixtures, switches, etc.) but for larger projects I will plan to use T&B again in the future.

Called to have them come out to give me an estimate on a couple of things. They never showed up. The following day I called them again and they set up a different time and day to come out. They came, gave the estimate. Later that day I called them back to set up an appointment for them to come do the work, never got a call back. Called several more times left messages with the receptionist and still haven’t gotten a call back.

We needed a few things done and there was a mix up with dates but Jared made it right. They were fast and efficient and very friendly. It wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it would be either. I will definitely be calling them again when we are ready for more electrical work.

Did a good job of upgrading service and repairing a break in service to an unattached garage. However they did not repair the wall where the old box was. There is now a hole in the wall. They also left with out labeling the box so it’s been a hit and miss when a light fixture was replace. I had used T&B before and found their work acceptable for minor electrical outage at home. Hired them to separate wiring for two rooms on same circuit. I was in home the entire time-- but they never told me that the re-wiring was going on the exterior of my house for my living room! A total botch job. Who does this? They drilled holes in my siding to run a line a foot long line because they couldn't figure-out how to do it right inside. They did this without telling me what they intended although I was in the house the whole time. AVOID!

So far I have used T&B twice since we moved into our new home. We have been very happy with their work. They’re responsive, get you scheduled quickly, work quickly, and I believe they are reasonably priced.I had them install two outdoor electric outlets, one for my car charger, install indoor outlets, and install a bathroom exhaust fan, lighting and switches. As a new owner of an older home, I knew there was a lot of work to be done. T&B was here for about a day and a half, with 5 workers by the end of the second day. There was a lot more work than initially expected, but that is not my issue. I wanted it done right, and knew the cost would be significant. The work they did is okay overall. My issue is that they did not finish. There was still work to be done and they said someone would be back later that week or the next week. It's now been almost 6 weeks. No one ever came back or responded to our messages. I paid for the work they did at the end of the second day, but can't decipher the handwriting in order to know if I was also charged for the rest of the job. At this point, I would not want them to come back and I got someone else to do the work. It's disappointing, because they had been highly recommended. Tom and his apprentice came in, installed my bathroom fan/light/Bluetooth in less than an hour. Cleaned up after themselves and pricing was reasonable.Think I'll have them back in the spring to run wires for AC compressor.

Great quality work. Found my electrical problems, the electrician put in new switches, as I was way overdue! The men are "Master Electricians", very important to comply with Code in Binghamton.
