LBR Plumbing installed a water heater associated with a geothermal heat pump system when our condo was first built. That water heater failed recently but they refused to replace it even though their service sticker was pasted to it claiming that they were reluctant because it was associated with the larger geothermal system. That certainly didn’t bother them originally. Yet they we’re not reluctant in giving me a big fat bill of over $300 for their initial visit to merely confirm what I had already told them over the phone that I had a badly leaking water heater when my water to the house was on.

Top-notch work by true professionals. I highly recommend them to anyone for any reason. They get the job done right the first time, on time, at the quoted price and (in our experience) with extras thrown in. They replaced our oil-burning furnaces in our home and rental property with natural gas-burning units, converted our propane oven to natural gas and installed our gas-burning clothes dryer when we replaced an electric one. Each job was flawlessly executed. I could not be happier with the results.
