Late fall and in need of a roof I came across Syracuse Custom Quality Roofing as many of my neighbors used them. I reached out to Jason; upon the appointment he walked me through the entire process. He then provided me a detailed quote that spelled out what products would be put on and any optional items. He was professional, courteous and listened to my concerns. He added those items into the quote. In addition to the quote, he provided a detailed list of references including roof color selected. I reached out to a few of my neighbors, and they had nothing but good to say about Syracuse Custom Quality Roofing. In the end I had four quotes but after Jason came, I knew I was going with Syracuse Custom Quality Roofing. The day of the roof replacement Syracuse Custom Quality Roofing had materials dropped off 1/2 hour before they arrived. The team replacing the roof was courteous, clean and efficient. I appreciated the communication from the team as they began the tear off. Very Satisfied with Custom Quality Contractors. I am a repeat customer. They replaced my roof 27 years ago, and it was time to replace that 20 year roof again. Probably never should have waited as long. Didn't want to push it through another Syracuse winter. Luckily I never had a leak on the previous roof.I'm absolutely amazed how these crews can replace a full roof in a day. The workers were very considerate of my property. Took immense time to cover plants, deck, Air Conditioner Condenser, sliding doors etc. to contain debris and protect from damage. They had cordoned off the work area with CAUTION tape to keep non workers away. And if we had to leave from inside the house, one of the guys made sure to escort through the work zone.When work was done, the crew took great detail to ensure the area was cleaned up.Thank you for a job well done!!

Very happy with my roof replacement. First of all Jason is very good about responding to emails and calls, which many others are not. He answered all my questions and he is the only one to provide references with the quote. The quote and time frame we got were the best of about 5 other popular companies.The actual install was excellent. The work was done in about 6 hours. Other, same size houses in my neighborhood took 2 days with other companies. All my bushes and decking were protected and totally unharmed. I asked a lot of questions during the install and made a few suggestions. The team was awesome and listened to all my concerns. The Custom Quality crew was very professional, they went over everything twice to make sure they got all the nails (as a dog owner I really appreciate that). The new roof looks great and I am very happy with the results. The whole process was so stress free. I needed a new roof and had no idea where to even start! I decided to give Custom Quality a call since they had replaced several roofs in my neighborhood. Jason was wonderful to work with. He called me back right away and promptly provided me with an estimate. I really liked that he gave me an estimate for just the removal of my old roof and the installation of a new one, but then provided pricing for some optional upgrades that I may be interested in (upgraded shingles, extended warranty, gutters, etc.) He patiently answered all my questions and I felt zero pressure to hire this company or purchase the optional upgrades. I also liked that Jason provided me with a list of houses in my area who had their roofs replaced by Custom Quality, so that I could see the quality of work and how different shingle colors looked on actual houses. I also had two other companies provide me with estimates. The first company's quote was substantially higher, required a huge down payment, and jobs were booking extremely far out. The second company's quote was also higher, plus the contactor was extremely pushy and I felt extremely uncomfortable dealing with him. Needless to say, the decision to hire Custom Quality was an easy one! Removal of my roof and installation of the new one was seamless. Custom Quality was able to do the entire job in just one day and the results were stunning! My neighbor down the street (who has the same size and style house as I have) hired a different company and it took them several days to complete the job. He was also stuck with a dumpster in his driveway for several days! The Custom Quality crew did a tremendous job and left my yard spotlessly clean. I am so happy that I decided to hire them and would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a quality roof at a reasonable price!Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Jason and his crew came in and completed my roof in less than 5 hrs. They brought their dump trucks and had a good size crew of at least 12 guys. I was very impressed by the way these guys worked as a team and their concern for safety was great. They had 2 safety monitors and everyone was in sync and my roof came out great. I would highly recommend custom quality to do your roof. They did an amazing job and when they left you couldn't even tell they were there.
