DO NOT Even go down the path with these people. They are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I requested a simple order 4/6 and was told it’d be a couple weeks. This metal was critical to completing our project and closing in our building to protect from the elements. I patiently waited until early May to follow up on my order. I’d leave messages...no call backs. I’d reach someone that would tel me ‘John will call you back in 20 minutes’...no call back (happened 8 times). After each countless, desperate, polite attempt over May, June and July I was told it will be ‘any day now’ or ‘this week’. This never happened and more calls and emails were ignored. I even had one phone call with the receptionist/office manager in which she actually told me my order wasn’t large enough to worry about anymore and that I should consider going elsewhere. I understand not taking on smaller jobs but they had already strung me along for 3 months prior to that bold statement.So, it is now July 22nd...i moved on to a professional operation a week ago that has already finished my product and I am ready for installation.No apologies, no sincerity, unresponsive, unprofessional. Save yourself...don’t go down the road with this operation.Note: Proof available upon request.
