Bradford’s installed a new water heater at our home since we had a leaker. Steve was very respectful (wore booties and cleaned up at location thoroughly). My wife and I were very happy with the work and will contact again if we have any further plumbing issues.

We are first time customers and called Bradford’s for some plumbing work in our home. Very knowledgeable and personable when we addressed our concerns to them. One of our issues was the second floor never had adequate pressure and volume through the sinks. Steve pointed out that our downstairs water lines were undersized and would need to be changed out from old galvanized pipe to new Pex tubing. The new pipe will help with the water volume going to our second floor which helped tremendously. Before work began Steve was very upfront about what needed to be done as well as reasonable pricing. Very Accommodating as well, willing to schedule us in around our work schedules that were best for us. After the work was complete we were left with a positive experience and satisfied.

Recently I experienced a loss of heat with my furnace. Bradford’s came out quickly to my call and provided an estimate right away for the required work. Fixed the same day. If future work at my home is necessary, I would surely call them again.

Bradford's came over to address a plumbing issue in my basement. Removed an old section of cast iron sewer drain and replaced with new PVC pipe. I left them a message on July 6, 2023. Here it is July 20, 2023, still no response back. I am really tired on calling people and not getting a reply, not even an "Thank you for calling, but unfortunately we are unable to take on more work at this time." Very unprofessional when companies do this.
