We were looking to add a half bath to our home. We called many, many businesses and most people never got back to us. Specifically 9 out of 14 places. Sara at least came out and took a look, she said she'd get back to us with a quote. That was July 21st. It is now September 27th. So I'll add this business to the list of people who don't get back to you.

Five Star provided an honest assessment of what was needed with my roof and created a full plan with options. The work was started and finished with ease and thoroughness. Called to make a appointment for 4 pm. Got an email confirmation. Didn't show up and didn't get a call saying they couldn't make it today. Called the office and was told that they don't know what time the main office closes. Picked this company due to the 5 star review but I guess I should of looked elsewhere.Service: Roof repair
