Randy and his team did a tremendous job painting our home and doing the necessary construction. Truly, they all went above and beyond! They started the work EARLY, and finished a day before our deadline. Randy kept in constant communication about even the smallest details, and ALWAYS came through for us, even when we asked some unrelated questions about the house. Each of his team members working in our new home was warm, friendly, and very accommodating when we had to move in and while we were trying to get set up. They were open to comments and no one was rude even once during the entire time they were here. Randy supervised the whole time and offered lots and lots of tremendously valuable information and advice about our new house, which we were yet to get settled into. A salt-of-the-earth kind of guy, we are tremendously pleased with the results of the work and grateful to have his number for future jobs, which we will most definitely hire him and his team to do for us. Great job on our first floor laundry! Randy, George, Denver and James were awesome getting the renovations going to our back room and a small wall in our kitchen. All of them cleaned up as they progressed through the work and again each time they were done for the day. The laundry area looks wonderful and is so much safer and convenient instead of all the stairs in the cellar. So glad Randy said yes to this project. Heartily recommend this construction Co.SCS also just finished the conversion of our shower/tub combination on our master bath to a beautiful walk-in shower with sliding glass door. Through no fault of theirs, the shower "kit" took a while to get here due to current shipping delays. George and Spencer worked relentlessly in an effort to complete this conversion with excellent workmanship and as expeditiously as possible. This conversion was recommended by our health care professionals, due to my husband's Parkinson's disease issues and my fairly recent stroke. We have complete faith in the caliber of work of Schenandoah Const. Svcs., and are very grateful they agreed to also do this project.
