Not impressed. Highest prices I've ever seen at a True Valve store. Store lighting is bad, needs upgrading. Apparently the owner allows cats to roam free in the store. "Love me, love my pet" is not a good business model.

If it's your first time going to Buyeas True Value, you need to really pay attention to the entrance directions. The entrance is to the right of firehouse, off Albany street. The True Value is behind the firehouse via the parking lot. You'll do it once and then you'll always remember. The store is a good size and will most likely have what you need. There's a friendly shop kitty too. Place was tidy and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sent me straight to the very last set of bed risers.

I'm not sure what Mark's problem is (what specifically don't they stock?)-Buyeas seems to stock pretty much anything I need when I don't feel like making a run into Syracuse. The window repair service is excellent and very reasonably priced. Great service and reasonable prices for a hardware store.

It's a hardware store.....if you can't find it, ask someone who works there. They are all pretty knowledgeable about what they have!

Amazing customer service, they'll help you out in any way they can. They have a ton of tools and a well stocked store. Always handy to run in and pick something up last minute without having to go to the Oneida or Syracuse.

I really wish I could give this place a better rating. However, there are more bare pegs and empty shelves in this store then ever before. When you walk in a store and ask yourself, are they going out of business? That really says something. I don’t even waste my time stopping in here anymore. I drive to the one in Manlius where the shelves are packed.

I thought their prices were high from what I heard around, but twice I have bought things on amazon and noticed that buyeas was cheaper!! Who knew. And they have stuff you can't find at other true values. Keep up the good work.
