We worked with Jim, Keith, Matt, and Harry on a fairly extensive kitchen renovation in our home. Jim and Keith took time to listen to our vision and oversee the project with care. Anytime we had questions, they were very responsive. Matt and Harry were prompt, professional, trustworthy, and an all-around great duo to work with. They consulted with us on details, looped us in quickly if issues arose (and quickly offered good solutions), answered all our questions, and executed the project with excellence. Invoicing was transparent, communication was always open, and the project stayed on schedule and on budget. Couldn't be more pleased, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I cant say enough about this company - from start to finish they were superb! The employees were so meticulous in everything they did. Brad and Will complement each other so well. They were the the team assigned to our project. I would highly recommend them for your home updates for sure. Jim France is easy to work with and cares about quality of his teams work. Salt point really does not pay very good attention to detail. They placed this tile floor and were supposed to come back and install the toilet and sink. The cutout for toilet flange too big, and they failed to check for clearance for the toilet to fit where the existing plumbing is. Now we will need to pay a plumber to move the fixture and another company to redo the tile. All of these costs are really starting to add up, and they will reimburse us for all the repairs we need to do. Now I understand why they do not want to come back, they do not really feel like spending the extra time. Great warranty. Thank you Ken and Jim.

We hired Salt Point to build a covered front porch on our modern farmhouse. Ken carefully worked with us to design the porch of our dreams making sure our wishes were well incorporated into their design. Mike and the rest of the crew were very professional, and the work was of superior quality. We were often surprised at the quality of workmanship and materials they used. We did receive other quotes from a number of companies and while Salt Point was not the cheapest, I felt they had the experience and knowledge to make our project just what we wanted. Our family and friends comment how beautiful it is and how it has transformed our house. I am excited to work with Salt Point on future projects! I recommend them to everyone. ust a few small details make all the difference. Leathered granite countertops, a deep, deep sink and goose neck faucet, and a new Viking range (thanks Ken!) are the perfect upgrades to our 100 year old kitchen. Steve's work retrofitting a 20 year old cabinet was spot on - beautiful matching of stains. Like artwork. Every single one of Salt Points' staff were on time, professional, courteous and neat in their work. And they're friendly to boot! Highly recommend Salt Point Services for home updgrades and reconstruction.

We recently had Salt Point Services change a storage unit in our basement into a bedroom with a closet and change a half bath to a full bath and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. Ken and his team did a fantastic job executing my vision and creating our dream bathroom.We interviewed many contractors over a 3 year period and finally decided to go with Salt point services due to the following reasons...1. Ken is extremely personable and professional. He is willing to answer any questions and has the ability to think creatively to implement the clients vision while being budget conscious.2. Salt point spends the time to understand the clients needs. Ken met with me on multiple Occasions to make sure I was happy with how things were proceeding( I felt informed in every step of the renovation project.)3. They are knowledgeable about the current home renovation trends and are skilled at their trade. ( Ken was wonderful with the design Aesthetics and his crew is highly skilled.)4. The crew was courteous and punctual. They respected my home and family and made this major renovation process as painless as possible.5. I loved that they cleaned up at the end of the day ..every day! We did our renovations in the middle of winter with the snow and slush.. I was very apprehensive about the amount of mess it would create. Salt point took precautionary measures and minimized the mess. when our project was completed they left my home spotless.My husband and I can’t speak any more highly of them but to say We would rate them 10 stars if we could. It’s very rare to find the Business owners (Ken and Jim) working alongside their employees . Both these men are invested in providing the best possible outcome for their clients. I have used Salt Point Services for a variety of home improvement projects from complex roofing repair to installing a storm door. In each situation, I was treated respectfully, the cost was fair, and the quality of the work was excellent. Personally, I find hiring contractors to be rather unnerving, as it is often a shot in the dark. But I can confidently recommend Salt Point Services, because Ken Stratton and his crew are trustworthy people and skilled craftsmen.

Salt Point Services built an amazing 3 season porch for my mom's home in a Dewitt area managed community . They planned with us, gave suggestions, helped to get zoning approval, started the project quickly, and finished in a flurry of activity as the weather improved. Salt Point Services, recommended by family members, recently completed in excellent fashion what was just a small and modest job, less than $15,000 in our particular case, expanding the size of our first-floor half-bath and installing a shower: demolition, framing, relocating plumbing and electrical, installing the new shower and shower enclosure, drywalling, tiling and painting. We had mapped out in advance what we wanted. (The design decisions were ours.) Ken and Keith responded promptly to our inquiry, visited promptly to assess the scope and details of the project, and started the work promptly. Their small crew of three completed the job in the space of three weeks. As the work went on, e-mail and personal communication were both great. The crew who did the work were not only efficient and competent, but also gentlemen in every way. They worked clean. They left everything clean. The detail of the installations, tiling and painting is all first-rate. I recommend Salt Point enthusiastically.

Ken and the Salt Point team built a small deck off our kitchen in summer 2018. This is our second project with them and they do a wonderful job. I'm very curious about the construction process and Ken answers all my questions by phone, email, or text. He also has great ideas if you need help designing your space. They installed a new front door and foyer floor for us and we LOVE the results (and have received so many compliments on the work!).
