Blair came to our rescue on the weekend when our chimney damper broke. He came when we called on Saturday to assess and returned on Sunday to replace it. We were so impressed with him that we had him come back later in the week to replace skylights and clean the gutters, downspouts and drains. Blair and his colleagues were professional, efficient, reliable, a pleasure to deal with, and competitively priced. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very nice crew, very knowledgeable and professional. They did a superb job just now extending my beautiful modern fireplace chute so that smoke wouldn’t enter the home. They figured out what the issue was and fixed it beautifully- the chute wasn’t tall enough to clear the smoke. Now when I make a fire, no smoke and soot enters the living room. It works beautifully! Thank you Tony and team!! We will be using you again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Blair and Empire Gen Roofing. I had black smoke coming out of my furnace chimney. I called Empire and he was at my house 20 minutes later. He cleaned my chimney and replaced a wood cap with a stainless steel cap. Very good work. He was reliable and gave me an extremely reasonable price. Thank you Blair for all your good work. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I recently purchased a home and hired Blair to inspect our chimney as it needed a crown and a cleaning and was showing wear. Blair identified some serious issues with the brickwork and chimney support and recommended the demolition and rebuild of a large portion of the chimney.The work was completed on time against a short deadline despite constant hazardous weather conditions, and with the utmost quality of masonry and craftsmanship.I recommend this family owned business and plan to work with them again. Blair and his team did a great job repairing the top of my chimney which was eroding of years of natural wear and tear. The work included repointing and replacing the damaged bricks. A new stainless steel liner was installed through the chimney. They also repaired a damaged flat portion of the roof which was starting to decay to the years of weather and natural erosion. The work was completed promptly as promised and the pricing was quite reasonable and affordable. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work, expertise and professionalism from Empire General Roofing. I noticed my gutter was hanging on one side of my house on a rainy Saturday morning. I called expecting to leave a message but one of the owners, Blair, answered. He was at my home in one hour, went up the ladder, diagnosed the problem, showed me pictures of the problem and gave me a fair price to repair. Came back on Monday with his crew and finished the job and cleaned up. Satisfied with their professionalism and would recommend.
