I absolutely loved William's business philosophy from minute one of speaking with him. He is very customer oriented, totally hands on and responsive. He's very knowledgeable, full of expertise, and made me feel confident to use his team .Best of all, he didn't pressure me to take down the whole tree, instead, he provided information and help to save what could be saved.He and his crew worked fast, efficient and all around amazing!Thank you MITR for getting my car out from under the tree!PS: They even left some bark for firewood, as I requested.

At first inspection and quote, he did a thorough walk through of my yard and helped me determine health of my trees. The crew worked fast and did a good job cleaning up. Circumstances beyond anyone’s control kept the project from starting when agreed…but once Will and his crew tackled the tricky tree and its difficult location the project was completed safely and efficiently. Neighbors benefited as well - Will had a crane on site that was able to tackle multiple jobs on the street. If we have future tree issues we will definitely contact Minimally Invasive first!

Great quality and quick work. Excellent price during a time when others were price gouging after the snow storms that hit the capital region late this winter (2023).
