Fantastic and 100% professional job. William and his crew got the job done in 1.5 days. These guys knew what they were doing. Tear off, plywood and roofing shingles. Added box vents, too. I chose Adonis Roofing because I saw what a great job they did on my neighbors house a couple years ago. On top of that William donated the shingles and other material so that me and a friend could repair an elderly ladies porch while she was in the hospital. I kept him in mind because of that.Not only did he give me a great price on my roof. But his communication and attention to detail is second to none. His crew did a complete tear off and new roof in a day and half. They don't cut corners and did a very professional job. The added equity in my property is easy see. I have already recommended Adonis Roofing to friends.

I was referred to Adonis Roofing for a complete tear off/new roof and glad I did. Will(the owner), did a great job explaining what i needed done. I had obtained 2 other estimates and Will didn't come across like a sales pitch--he was wonderful and straight up with me. The price was extremely fair and lower than the other 2 quotes without him knowing their estimates. You don't see many companies where the owners are doing the work alongside their crew. This was another factor in going with Adonis. He sees and contributes to the quality, effort and teamwork his employees do in order to ensure customer satisfaction and a job well done. Will also kept me informed of any updates such as additional OSB boards needed once they were into job. His staff all worked hard and diligently and even made sure any scraps, nails, etc., was removed from the property. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of my roof. 5 stars doesn't justify their efforts, quality, customer service, etc--they did a 10 star job! I would recommend Adonis Roofing to anyone without hesitation.

He was at my home the very next morning, investigated the issue, explained and repaired it in less than 30 min. His customer service is impeccable and his prices are very reasonable. It was time for a new roof and while looking for a reputable company Adonis was referred to me. From the first point of contact William (The Owner) was polite and responsive. He came to my house within hours and after inspection I was told he would prepare an estimate in which I received and agreed to the following day. Samples were immediately brought for me to choose and when I asked when he could could do it i was told within a week. On Sunday I received a text saying the team would be there at 8AM Monday. To my amazement 12 men arrived and worked like a team of ants. Laying tarps to collect debris that was rapidly falling from the team above who was removing existing shingles. They found a hole near my chimney which was repaired at no additional cost to me and installed ice barrier without damaging my existing leaf guard gutters. Let me not forget "Adonis' the company madcot(Williams Dog) who laid quietly by the vans while he supervised the team. William did a lot of research into this, came up with a great plan, and was there to answer all our questions about the project. Adonis did a excellent job at my house and I am very happy with the final product! In the course of my job, I oversee and monitor over 100 residential and commercial roofing jobs/year and I am extremely impressed with William (owner is William Ortiz) and his entire operation. William is on-site for the entire job overseeing every detail and keeping a VERY clean job-site. A messy site is a pet peeve of mine and I had no issues at all. We had damaged sheathing on our 1st floor porch and the shingles were torn off and the damaged sheathing needed to be replaced. They also relocated bathroom vents, replaced a skylight, connected gutters/downspouts and some additional metal trim work replacement. Adonis comes with a large crew that attacks the job and completes it quickly, efficiently and with respect to your property and neighbors. William was very easy to work with and I was impressed with how reasonable he was with the few add-ons that were part of my job scope. There was one item that was not completed but William quickly scheduled a day to come back and complete the scope of work. Replacing a roof is often the most expensive home repair that anyone will do and this company will treat you fairly and respectfully. I will recommend them to anyone needing roof work - you should feel confident that contracting with Adonis will get you an excellent roofing job at a very fair and competitive price and that you are dealing with honest people who care about their reputation.

After getting estimates from 7 companies and speaking with their representatives I chose Adonis Roofing and that was the right decision. Everything he explained about the job incl. material, timeline, price, etc. was exactly what was delivered. He has an excellent crew and they worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. I had a tear off and replacement on a ranch house. They showed up at 7am and were done, cleanup included, by 2:30pm. Btw: William Ortiz, the owner, is up on the roof with the crew, nice to see the boss getting his hands dirty and ensuring work is getting done correctly. I had recommended Adonis to my next door neighbor when I signed up and she also signed up. They did her roof the following day, on the roof by 7am and done by 12:30pm. Other than having two good looking roofs you wouldn't know they were there. The price was very competitive with the other estimates, well actually lower. From my experience with this company I would highly recommend them for you roofing needs.

I don’t think I’ve ever worked with the business, so responsive, hard-working, efficient, and honest. The job required a complete tear off on the house, as well as, the garage. They put on 62 sheets of plywood before they could waterproof and shingle the house.He did not add any extra cost to the job even though it required some partial cutting of trees. William is the owner and has exceptional customer service skills. I highly recommend this company.

After Discovering two leaks in our roof after 23 years, I contacted the builder of our home. He recommended Adonis Roofing.My wife and I met with William and he explained the job at hand.It took him and his crew less than 2 days to replaced the entire roof and the one skylight. After being referred to Adonis and reading other reviews we called for an estimate and the owner, William, came out quickly and delivered the estimate soon thereafter. We obtained several others, some of which were within the same range and others that were ridiculously higher. William assured he could get the roof done before we left for an extended vacation we previously planned and he was responsive in providing insurance and communicating any changes due to typical Rochester weather. The crew came out the next available good weather day and were able to complete the roof in less than 1.5 days, with oversight from their beautiful, well behaved 🐶. Finding a roofer can feel overwhelming, but Mr. Ortiz of Adonis Roofing made it effortless. He assessed my roof with an aerial view, on-site inspection, and provided photos. Mr. Ortiz identified areas needing attention, such as chimney flashing and ridge vent covers. He's licensed, insured, offers a 15-year workmanship warranty, and doesn't use subcontractors. The Adonis team brings competent, hard workers to the all important roof overhead. A complete tear off of 1930 cedar shakes + two layers of shingles on a 1600 sq ft two story took them 1 1/2 days. He told me they would be at my house at 7am, they were right on time and up on the roof right away. He did a full roof replacemtent and 3 skylights, by 2pm they were done and all cleaned up. I hired Adonis after watching them do 2 neighbors roofs. No regrets! We were the 3rd out of 4 houses on our street to use them this summer. William, the owner was a pleasure to work with. At the time of the original estimate the price of lumber was at a premium. When it was time to do the job, prices had dropped and William dropped the cost of any plywood needing replacement to reflect the change. A savings for me. A possible loss for him. If you want HONEST, go with Adonis! William (Owner of Adonis) came to my house this morning. He came in from Rochester, and I live in Batavia. I had some water damage to my ceiling from the blizzard of 2022, and I was told by numerous roof companies that we needed a new valley, a new roof, new this, new that, when you know what we really needed, NOTHING. Our roof is completely fine. Our roof is ONLY 6 years old, and William assured me that no doubt these companies were trying to sell us something we did NOT need. I am telling you right now, you CANNOT go wrong with William/Adonis. I think he is the most honest, trustworthy contractor that I have come by thus far. Believe me, if you need a roof repair, a new roof, or any roofing concerns, please give Adonis a call. William is awesome, and he saved us over $14,000 which is one of the numerous ridiculous quotes we received. In the future, when we have any roofing needs, Adonis will definitely get our business.
