My experience with Allstate Roofing & More was nothing more than a fantastic trouble free encounter with some of the hardest working roofing men and woman. They displayed the greatest teamwork that I have ever seen, they started the tear off of the old roof at 7:30 AM sharp and worked only taking a half hour lunch period and continued the reroofing of my 23 year old home and a out building with out standing around talking or taking intermittent coffee brake’s and at no time did any of the crew of 7 men and 3 woman take a smoke time off, they worked non stop until 6:30 PM . They cleaned up all tear off material and placed it into a dumpster in place. Their was no damage to gardens surrounding the house and absolutely no trash left at site prior to leaving for the day, they installed 40 squares of new shingles and were very safety minded always wearing harness units to prevent falls. This team of workers were excellent at their job and I would recommend them highly as. new roof installers. Thanks for a job well done. John Augustyniak from Elma, New York.

Allstate staff was very professional and answered all my questions. Provided a very competitive quote and scheduled the work very quickly. My house is a large 2 story with attached garage. It has many dormers and valleys, including a chimney, turret and 4 skylights. The installers worked 3 days sunset to sundown including Saturday to get it done before any chance of rain. The roof looks great and I'm very happy. I also have peace of mind with the 25-year craftsmanship warranty and the 50-year manufactures warranty on the materials and roof system.Thank you, Allstate, for a job well done.

Allstate Roofing and more was amazing to work with on a very large project. We purchased a 1950s house in desperate need of repair. Sales Consultant, Burr Williams, came out at a time most convenient for us. Took his time going over everything we wanted and offered suggestions on different ways we could achieve our goals.We started with a roof that involved a complete tear off and new OSB. The first crew, a subcontractor, came on time and was productive but did a few things we didn't agree with and had to be removed from the job. When we reached out to Zorian, Manager, he addressed this situation immediately and reassured us he would assign an internal team. Due to the time of year and their great workmanship, Allstate was very busy. The new team came from out of area and required to stay in a hotel. The new team did an amazing job completing the roof and then started the siding with again installing new OSB. They would walk us around and point out areas to inspect to ensure the job met our standards. They even explained why something was done in a very specific way.Once the work was completed, the house looked amazing. Every neighbor, contractor, delivery person comments on how beautiful the house is and the amazing job done by Allstate. We went from the ugliest house to the most beautiful. Our neighbors stated we set the new standard for the street.Thank you for treating my house as if it was your very own.

First off all, Haris the sales person that came to our home multiple times was extremely responsive to my questions and requests. Our house was in an isolated large size hail storm destroying the roof and siding on the front side of our home. The house was 13 years old so replacing the roof and an opportunity to re-imagine the look of the house by changing colors and type of siding was ideal. Haris was awesome paying attention to details. The roofing crew was amazing. The did the entire house (2500+ Sq ft) in one day. They put in a 14 hrs day in 95 degree heat. The siding crew was just as impressive and went above and beyond to how they worked to make the details I asked for come to reality. Did I mention price? They beat big named competition by thousands. Also our house was completely renovated within 2 months of the storm. Other homes in our area effected by the storm took over a year. Highly recommend AllState Roofing.

I had to have a new roof because the insurance company canceled my coverage. I solicited three bids and chose Allstate which had a good reputation and lowest price. Burr Williams conducted a careful inspection of the roof and attic and made a detailed proposal. Went thru 4 other estimates and one on one consultations before Allstate roofing. Choice Allstate because the rep., Henry, came across as honest and very informed. The price was very reasonable and the roof was done a. few days later. Craig came by to check out the work and made sure everything was done to my complete satisfaction. They were on time, assessed what we needed, did not try to over sell, and gave us a fair price. The issue was sheets of ice falling off the metal roof. We will find out this winter if the problem is solved, but if not, they are able to return and improve the insulation in the attic. Good job!

I greatly appreciate the excellent service provided by Allstate Roofing crews. Roofing was done well and efficiently with full consideration for weather concerns. Prior to installing new gutters, they installed metal facia wrap and eave covers. They encountered unforeseen repairs of my the roof over the front porch, and completed that work efficiently and for a fair price. I was VERY happy NOT to have been subjected to a frequent practice by some contractors of change order gouging. I am very happy with the finished product and can now rest easy knowing I no longer need to fight squirrel and water intrusion in my well-seasoned home. This is the one. I got quotes from 5 different companies/contractors. I'm so glad this is the company I went with. Ask for Zoryan. He was an amazing sales and service rep. We got our siding done with this company and my wife couldn't be happier with the outcome! Their entire staff is friendly and easy to work with. The workers that came to our house were the hardest working group of individuals I've ever seen. They stayed on our project until completion and didn't disappear randomly or show up every few days because they went to work on other jobsites. Amazing experience, would highly recommend this company for your siding needs.

My experience with Allstate roofing was great. From the beginning to the end they were on top of everything. Sales team was very knowledgeable and gave me many options to choose from. The products they use are way above the competition. I did my homework and had plenty of quotes but Allstate stood above the rest with price, warranties, and product. In this horrible economy of inflation/stagflation where everything is ungodly expensive with no end in sight, I was so relieved when the price was right where I needed it to be. I definitely recommend them.

I was impressed by the speed & efficiency with which their crew moved, yet took the time to speak to us & were patient with our questions. They also did an excellent job on the aftermath - the yard cleanup, making sure that no nails remained in the grass or driveway. Overall, I am pleased with the end product. We were able to get an estimate very quickly. The sales reps who came out were professional, down-to-earth, and genuine. They even helped me with my dog who got out during the estimate! Once the estimate was complete, financing was quick, easy, and also moved along quickly and they came out and did the project within the next week and.half after the initial estimate. The team that came out was perhaps the most hard working crew I had ever seen!There were a couple of things that were done incorrectly on the initial install, and they made sure those concerns were addressed and done correctly.It did (in my view) take some time for them to come back and fix things. Which is no problem-I just would have liked more of a timeline. Sometimes communication was abrupt and it did require me reaching out a couple of times before a crew came back, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. But again, at the end of the day-the roof looks great, price was competitive and everything was good to go before the first payment so I am well pleased, thanks!

A little over a year ago, I had Gutterglove gutter guards installed by Allstate Roofing. After some time, the overlapping mesh panels became separated, perhaps due to temperature fluctuations. I contacted Allstate to see if they could handle the situation and rectify it, and screw down the panels to each other. Within a couple of days, manager Craig sent Igor here, who did a fabulous job with a tremendous attitude. I was very pleased and surprised that Allstate Roofing was willing to help me out even after a year! Highly recommend this company.Service: Gutter repairs

The Allstate Team was responsive and delivered on time. When the job was complete, I noticed some nails around the yard; I brought this to their attention, and they IMMEDIATELY addressed it with no questions. 30 minutes after I let them know my concerns, they had a team here to clean it up. I am happy with how the gutters, facia and soffits came out. I have used Allstate twice before (once for a new roof and another time for new soffits, facia and gutters on another property I own). I work with them because I can count on the work being completed on time and because they stand behind the work. Each time I have hired them they address all the fine details at the end of the job that I request with no questions asked (and very timely). The crews they hire are not Allstate employees (at least on the three jobs I had done) ....they are contracted by Allstate.... however, my thought is that if I hired a crew directly myself, I might not get the same level of service and guarantee. I am sure in the end Allstate saves me time and circumvents the risks of having issues that won't be resolved. Allstate manages the project well from start to finish. I would work with them again and recommend them

Left nails everywhere and gas in an open milk jug in the back yard. Called demanding payment without ever leaving me invoice. There was a gap between the siding a new roof, instead of asking me what I wanted to do about it just left incomplete without any communication. If you finance through their lenders they scam you as well. Loose payments claim you never made payments. Had to go through this process several times with bank statements against their lenders records.

From Harris Sefo, coming to my house for an estamite. Extremely polite, showed so much interest. Returned my calls, with my questions. The workers were Phenomenal. They came on time, worked and worked very well together. Haven't seen this in a long time. Brought a huge cooler, with water, chocolate milk, pro drinks, filled to the top with a lot of iceEven fruit and food. They came prepared for a job that would go on pass supper. Came back next day to finish up and do a great job cleaning up.
