Recently had Comprehensive Mold Management take care of some basement mold issue. We had three companies come for assessment. Ken from Comprehensive left very good impression. He was very professional and thorough. It was clear we could trust them to do a proper job. When it came time to do the job, Ed and Andrew from his team did a great job taking care of the issue and cleaning up nicely afterwards.

I never had to deal with the unpleasant experience of having mold in my house until recently. We decided to have CMM over for an estimate and met directly with the owner, Ken. He climbed up into our attic spaces and told us exactly what we needed to do fix our problems. He was very knowledgeable and presented a plan that would eliminate and prevent a reoccurrence of the issue. We hired them.When it was time to do the work, he sent a crew of 2 gentleman (Nick and AJ). These guys were fantastic. They were polite, punctual and went right to work on solving the problems.My daughter used them for the exact same reason and she was very happy with them as well.If you have the misfortune of having a mold issue, I would recommend these guys for sure!

Right from the start I felt very comfortable and in good hands with Comprehensive Mold Management. Linda, the Customer Relations Manager was so easy to speak with and her demeanor instantly calmed my fears. My questions were answered in a straightforward manner and her guidance and follow up throughout the process were top notch. Ken from CCM met my husband without me and my husband, who wanted to ignore the issues in our home, was a changed man. Ken's matter of factness allowed my husband to see what we needed to do to remediate our home. Ryan and Lamont were the workers/technicians who worked at our home for three days. CMM is so very fortunate to have these two employed with CCM. They were kind, considerate, professional, precise and just downright good people. Of the professionals I've hired to work on my home, CMM is among the best of the best of any I've known. They exceeded all my expectations from Linda as my initial and continuing contact, to Ken, the owner and to Ed & A.J. who did the work. I asked questions and I got prompt, professional answers. The work was completed on time and at the agreed price. The entire team genuinely wants the customer to feel reassured, respected and valued. I called Linda about an issue with the dehumidifier they installed. In less than one hour Ken was at my house to make some minor settling in adjustments. If I ever have another mold problem I will not hesitate to call CMM.

CMM was an amazing company to work with. From the initial consultation with Ken, to the planning and communication with Linda, and the actual work done Ed, AJ, and Jon, we could not be happier with our choice of company.After noticing some signs of mold in our basement, CMM was one of the companies we called (out of 4 or 5). They responded quickly and also set up an appointment to give an estimate just as efficiently. Ken came and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful...made me feel comfortable with the extent of the problem while also showing care for the customer. He also made some other recommendations to help prevent the problem in the future. Before even signing with CMM, I had some follow-up concerns and he took time to give thorough responses. He even came back another time to our house to check another area of our house just to give peace of mind. When at our house for the actual mold remediation, he gave an assessment of some other of our home issues. It is clear they are excellent at customer service and go above and beyond to answer our questions.Linda was excellent with communication via phone or email. Scheduling of our appointment to get the work done was seamless and even set up the times for the independent mold company to come back to inspect their work. If I had any questions, always welcoming and quickly was able to respond with an answer. Once we decided to go with CMM, they took care of everything!The actual work was done be Ed, AJ, and Jon. My wife works from home, so she had the communication with them and notes how professional and communicative they were. They were there for 2 days and when I came home to see their work, it was better than I had even expected. They needed to cut about 3 feet of drywall off and then after remediating the mold, used their paint/seal to prevent further growth. It looked so clean! There were also a couple areas they noticed that I didnt see that they also dealt with. In addition, we had some workout mats in the room where the mold was and they took time to clean those so we didnt need to throw out.For an unfortunate mold situation to have to deal with, CMM was a company that made it as positive as possible. I could not be happier with the work I needed and the professional crew Nick and Andrew. We were worried about mold, and our basement and not only did all of the quality of work surpass expectations the crews knowledge and detail was beyond appreciated. I am taking the time to write this review, out of respect for small business and how hard it is to find someone that would do the repairs I needed.10/10 would use them again, I wish everyone I found was half as responsive and professional.

The owner came to our home and inspected the issue we were having in the basement with the mold on the wall. He walked us through each step his team was to preform. He then gave us a quote, where we signed up to have the work done. The project took two and a half days for completion, cleaning the contaminated areas and painting of the walls and our duct work cleaned. They did a wonderful job and we are very pleased on how it turned out. I would recommend CMM to anyone having mold issues. There team was great, Andrew, Tiffany and Ellison could not have been better. They got right to work and answered any questions we had during the project. Everyone here was super friendly and professional. My wife and I recently bought a house that had mold on plywood in the attic and mold/water damage in the basement. They removed all of the moldy paneling, scraped and cleaned the walls, then painted everything. They finished a little faster than expected and we are extremely happy with how everything came out. Great Customer Service! We were very impressed with how personable, professional and responsive Ken was when we discovered a bad mold problem in the attic. He came to the house and took the time to carefully check and explain everything that would need to be done, walking us through treatment in great detail, explaining the steps they would take and why they were needed. We agreed to the work and gave them a rather substantial downpayment check.Then, however, a week or so later, we decided to get a second opinion and another company quoted us quite a bit less for the same work. Not very cool of us to decide to go with another company as we had an agreement with CMM, we understood and realised, but we called CMM anyway to see if there was any way we could recover the downpayment and I have to truly commend them for how well they responded. They had every right not to cooperate with us, but Linda was brilliant and refunded the downpayment without any hassle or difficulties. I was very impressed and grateful for their personable professionalism on the matter, and this is why I write about them. I can't comment on the quality of their work, but if their customer service is any indication you are very likely in very good hands. Our home inspector uses them and raved about how good they are - and the construction company that alerted us to the mold in our attic, recommended them. So they are well known and well recommended.Thank you CMM for handling all of this so very well - it speaks so highly of your customer service everyone should know about it.
