Erie home roofing was great! They came right when they said they would and stayed the first day until the roof was water tight. They finished the job the following day. The roof looks beautiful. They were careful to protect the siding, windows, and lawn ornaments, then very efficient at removing the old roofing, shoring up weak spots(1st & 2nd pics) and installing shingles. They cleaned up the mess of old roofing, not perfectly , but amazingly thoroughly. I would highly recommend them. All were hard working and respectful. Only one team member spoke English, so he was my go-to person on site. From watching the installation, it should readily last 30+ years. Finished product 3rd picture.

My experience with Erie Home was wonderful . The pride the workers take in their work was amazing. They were extremely professional and fast my roof was done in 4 1/2 hrs.I've already gotten compliments from neighbors on how great my roof looks.I would definitely 100% recommend Erie Home.

We really wanted to rate 4.5 and also I typed out a VERY thorough review of my entire experience but it exceeded the Google review character limit. So I must summarize:- Overall process was generally pretty good- Free estimate- Accepted the project after much deliberation- Laid out the project scope- Confirmed project, materials- Good communication before the actual projectWe decided to replace our old shingled roof with a textured metal roof. So it would require a complete tear-off.- Gutter considerations caused some concern- Dumpster coordination slightly botched by third party- Good communication during the project- Delayed starting work day to accommodate our schedules- Professional, worked quickly and diligently (1-2 day estimate ended up as a 1 day project)- protected the windows with large boards, laid down tarps to contain the mess as best as they could- no major messes left behind (even though we found some nails throughout the yard the next couple of days)- final payment was a little hassle because credit card portion of the payment was either "write it on paper" or "take it over the phone"Apparently their default process for this is to write down the card number (on a piece of paper) and run it later, but also apparently they have a lot of people (unsurprisingly) refuse to do this, so it seems like a point of friction that Erie can improve in the future. I wanted to put some on the credit card for some of those sweet points.After the project:- communication was good from my project manager, but pretty bad from the marketing/follow-up survey departmentWe really got it for the 100 year guarantee* on the metal roof.

I recently hired Erie Home for a full tear-off on my addition. Their team was quick to schedule and complete the job. The roofers were friendly and efficient, and I was impressed by how clean they left the area afterward. Overall, a very positive experience and I'm satisfied with their work. Would recommend for roofing needs.

My wife and I recently hired Erie to install a new roof. Of course, only time will tell how well it stands up to the elements here in Rochester, NY. But the materials they used definitely seem to be far superior to those used by most other roofing companies. We were extremely happy that they were able to start work very soon after we signed the contract, and we were very happy that they were able to finish within a single day. The workers were obviously very diligent in tearing off the old roof and in installing the new one. And importantly, they were very diligent in cleaning up afterward. No loose nails or other hardware left on the ground! Most of all, we appreciate the fact that Erie stands behind its work with a warranty that is far longer and more inclusive than those offered by other roofing companies. MY wife and I are super happy customers!

The entire experience was great. From sales to cleanup, everything was great. James was our salesman and he was very knowledgable, polite, and informative. The crew was onsite within two weeks and they were gone that same day. The crew cleaned everything really well, including the pool cover! The price was higher than other companies but the quality out surpasses the price difference. We did not want to replace the roof again in 10 years and with Erie we will not have to. We also had a lot of extra vents put in to resolve a heat issue we were having. I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding work! Erie Home delivered everything they promised for the price they quoted. Customer service was excellent and responsive. I am very happy with the work they did and recommend them highly. The crew was professional and completed the project with speed and efficiency, with little or no disruption to daily life, and cleaned up everything beautifully. The back office followed up to ensure everything was taken care of and that I was 100% satisfied. There was one small issue that needed to be addressed after the work was completed, and once Erie was informed of the issue, they took care of it immediately with no push back or additional cost whatsoever. We are very happy with the quality of our new fiberglass roof and black gutters! Daniel was our project foreman and he and his crew did an impeccable job. We have a complicated roofline for 15 square with some major runoff issues in the past, and they worked hard to make sure all the water is running where it’s supposed to go. As I understand, not all roofing contractors include flashing and drip edge. That came standard with our new roof. They even had to rebuild our roof in some areas where we had damage and they added new fascia metal to protect the wood behind our new gutters.A sales person knocked on our door, and we knew time was ticking on our roof, even though we hadn’t pursued other quotes at this point. The sales team walked us through the entire process and we signed same day. I’ll admit, leading up to the install, I was a little nervous about whether we made the right decision on such a big investment without getting other quotes. But I did a gut check with my home inspector and some other friends, and even though the price was on the higher end, I think it’s actually competitive to the market once you consider the same-day install, the materials and all that’s included, and the quality of craftsmanship. If you’re in the market for a new roof, 10/10 recommend Erie Home. The process that was discussed at our initial meeting was exactly how things played out. The salespeople who came to our home were delightful and thorough in their description of the process. The scheduling was smooth and all staff were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the dumpster was not delivered, so the installers had to "make do" which they did as well as possible. Installers were focused and hard working and the job was complete in a day. It must have taken another day for them to thaw out from the cold.

Highly recommended. Six man crew replacing roof worked very hard all day. Finished in one day including tare off and 20% plywood replacement. Warranty will provide peace of mind going into retirement. Satisfied with quality of work. You get what you pay for including a high quality shingle, workmanship, and 30 year limited guarantee.

I was very pleased with Erie from start to finish. They explained their product, the Installation process and the follow up plan. Everything took place as they said. The installers were there when they said the would be and were able to do the roof from tear off to full roof installation in one day. They worked for 11 hours with only a 25 minute lunch break. The clean up was amazing. I got a follow up call the day after by the project manager making sure I was happy with the work. They will return in the spring to inspect the job again. I'm happy with the work. And how quick it was done. There was a delay on the gutter instalation. Which due to the weather I understand. My issue was poor communication. Supplies being dropped off, and a dumpster in the driveway. I understand they are necessary. The issue arised that I was not informed that a dumpster was being delivered or supplies. Otherwise I am happy with the work completed and have no other issues.

Erie Roofing was great. From the cold calling in person representative; Jacob, Sales; Don & Eli, installation manager; Ken, roof manager; Monica. I can't remember the gutter person that kept me informed when the piece of gutter came in. Also have to mention Lindsay the office administrator.All these people kept me in communication when they were starting the job or due to bad weather it had to be postponed a day or so. They kept me in the loop via text messages or phone calls. My roof and gutters look great!

I had a complete tear off on my 2 story home. The crew was there on time, courteous, very careful around the house and everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. There was a 6 man crew and were done start to finish in a little over 4 hours. Worked liked clockwork. Very satisfied at this point.
