Erie Home did a great job waterproofing my 100 yr old basement. Workers were courteous, they moved everything that needs to be moved, they covered all the walls and did put an air system that helped with the air and humidity. The job was done the way how they described and promised. Everything went smooth from start to finish.

My crew, headed by Nestor did A beautiful job. Most people wouldn’t think of their basement as coming out beautiful but mine is. The guys were so respectful- it’s a lot of concrete dust. The crew was respectful to put the paper and plastic down. They hung plastic Kitchen cupboards. They cleaned up well. They worked well together. My basement is dry. It looks dry and it smells dry.

The workers were fast and professional. They did the work in 3 days and made sure it was how we wanted before completion. My biggest complaint is the callers for Erie. I was called multiple time about moving forward with them even after stating we were still communicating with the representative that came to our home. After we had our basement done the next day and for two weeks I received everyday two texts and an email asking to leave a review. It stopped because I finally did a review and then I started getting notified to leave a review for google. So here’s my review to finally get the texts and emails to stop. It would have been nice leaving a review a little bit longer after everything was done to have a chance to see how everything worked but I guess they were afraid I would forget to do one.

Erie Home has great staff members. Everyone is friendly, kind, and professional. They really work with you to the best of their ability and if they don’t have an answer for you, they will reach out to someone who does. Rochester Crew 3 was amazing! They were punctual, fast, and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way with my project and even took the time to explain anything I didn’t know. I definitely recommend this company. They do make you feel like family not just a customer.

The team that came in from Erie Home were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and funny. They completed my whole basement in 3 days and my basement looks amazing and with the humidity control unit my basement is more like another room in the house and doesn't feel like a basement. The process was easy going. It took a few days, it would have been sooner but we had to wait on the inspector for the crew to close up the system with concrete. Otherwise, Josey, Adal and the crew were respectful, effiecient and pretty cleanly considering all the soil they hauled out of here.It’s great my basement is finally dry, since Erie Home put their system in. It also looks cleaner and I like the new sump pump!

I was very surprised in that they prepared the basement before beginning the project.. covered everything in plastic. Whatever needed equipment mentioned was placed and the next day they came and started their work They were very professional... kind and understanding. On the last day a group of about six or seven came and it was major cleanup day. All went smoothly and very well. I was impressed. Thank you all for a hard job very well done.

I just had my basement waterproofed by Erie Home this March and I could not be happier. I was struggling with my basement flooding every time it rained or snow melted and since doing the waterproofing i have not had a single issue. Working with Erie was extremely pleasant from start to finish. The sales team are extremely kind, transparent, and knowledgeable and the working team are just as awesome! It was a quick and clean process, they kept me informed the entire time, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving my home. The crew that did our basement was very courteous; I had work commitments that I could not get out of, but they kept me up to date with phone calls throughout the day. I had said that if they had immediate questions, they could ask my father. The crew were very respectful and patient with my parents, and tried to keep the doors opening and closing to a minimum, as it was one of the coldest days of the year!And they were so patient with my dog, who was SO curious with what they were doing!They were in and out in 2 days! I had a bit of a challenging basement, as the water heater and furnace are close to the wall, and we have a heavy steel work bench along one corner. They worked around the appliances and moved the table for me! All of the noisy work was done in the first day.They kept a clean workspace, swept and mopped the floors and even shoveled the driveway! I didn't realize how musty the basement had been until they were finished! Everything smells so clean! I am so happy I went with Erie Home Basement to upgrade my sump pump system.

I would highly recommend Erie Home. They came on time, letting me know about lunchtimes and what time they'd arrive the next day. A Field supervisor checked in to resolve any issues.I had no complaints and they began cleaning up. Leaving me with contact phone numbers just in case. On the first day the smell of stagnant water lifted. The second day the air exchanger, ah fresh air , I was able to smell food again. I cannot express what an excellent choice Erie Home has been.

Over years of owning my home, the basement conditions slowly grew worse with the dampness & potential mold conditions as a result. Therefore, recently I searched amongst several basement contractors to install a sump pump, drain tiles, etc. After obtaining various estimates & viewing presentations, I selected ERIE HOME Solutions. I really liked how thei installing their, white-wall, encapsulation system would look.Over the course of 4 days, the 1st crew completed the job. However, it wasn't to my satisfaction. However, after calling the company & expressing concerns, they sent out a 2nd & more experienced crew (shout out to Jose & Julio) that did a wonderful job tieing up the loose ends. They were very friendly, professional & efficient. Now the basement looks fantastic & just might be turned into a man cave! Thank you ERIE HOME. I'd highly recommend folks to utilize their services.

I had the basement sealed and waterproofed. The work done was great and professional. It did take longer than expected, but not really a problem. Just be sure to check the work and is completed to your satisfaction, as you want to be sure they did the work as expected. At the end i'm a happy customer :)

Our home was built in 1928. We purchased at five years ago and there’s been persistent water issues well prior to our purchase date. The team from Erie gave a detailed presentation, explaining the entire process. The date was set in the team arrived, which included at least six very strong young men. They worked continuously and the project was finished and 2 1/2 days. We’ve had some heavy rain since the project was completed and there has not been a single drop of water to be seen. Cosmetically it looks 100% better. I this was an excellent financial investment in our home. I highly recommend Erie for any of your basement issues.

Hi folks. I’ve been in my home for 37 years. I’m sitting on a very high water table. That leads to many water issues in the basement over the years. Many gallons of sealer and white paint were only leading to the correct repair. I got several I got several estimates and Erie earned the job. I have new sump pumps and a new system all the way around the basement that brings the water to my pump. They also installed a new electric air handler all of which have totally dried out my basement.Thanks Erie!!
