Everlasting Property Solutions contacted me quickly after using the Thumbtack App to find someone to repair a loose shingle on my roof. Thru text we agreed on a good time to come over. Got a text saying he was 25 minutes from arriving. Gentleman named Dan was on time and went right to work after showing him the location of the problem. Didn't take him long to take care of it. Dan was kind enough to walk around an assess my roof. Gave me a report on my roof shingle health. He felt I had a few more years left. I asked for his business card so I could contact him when it was time to do a replacement. Would definitely recommend Everlasting Property Solutions.

Dan and his crew turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. In an age where contractors seldom return calls or even show up when they, themselves, have scheduled the work, EPS restored my faith.The work was very professionally done, all details were tended to, care was taken of my property, worksite was always clean and safe. Workers were very diligent, focused and polite. Anyone would be able to tell just by watching how they conduct themselves that they know what they're doing, that they take pride in their work and that their relationship with the customer is of paramount importance to them. Price was very fair. I do not believe you would find a company that would do a finer job than Everlasting Property Solutions.

I hired everlasting to removed my wooden shed, build a concrete slab and possibly put the old shed back on the new slab. The owner got back to me same day and came by for an estimate the following day. Everyone single person involved was courteous, prompt and professional (with a great since of humor). The communication was excellent, break down of cost emailed with no hidden fees. The shed couldn't be saved but the work done was amazing. It would've been disrespectful to have that old shed on their great work. Highly recommend

Our Chimney had loose bricks and chips falling from it. We called for an estimate and we agreed on the price. We were shown pictures of what was going on with the top and sides of the chimney Within a few days Everlasting Property Solutions came and fixed the problem. Very nice and efficent workers.
