We worked with Four Winds Chimney to remove a potbelly fireplace from our basement. The professionalism, timeliness, competence and communication from the entire Four Winds team, especially Jake and Carlos who did the removal, were nothing short of outstanding. We were thrilled with the level of service and the outcome of the job.When the job took less time to complete than originally anticipated, we reached out to inquire about any possibility of reducing the originally quoted amount. Literally within minutes of sending our request (on a Saturday, no less), we received a response from the owner of Four Winds letting us know the request would be taken care of. Four Winds inspected our chimney, which was fine, and found that our chimney cap was in bad shape. We saw pictures, asked questions, and agreed to replace it. They came with they said they'd come, they kept us informed from order to installation, and the job was quickly done. Best of all my chimney does not leak. And as a bonus they are nice people.

I hired Four Winds Chimney to inspect and clean my gas fireplace. I thought they did a very good job and I would recommend them. The communication from Four Winds about the appointment time, when the technicians would arrive, how long it would take, etc. was very good. The pilot light on my gas fireplace went out and I couldn’t get it going again. Called 4 Winds and I got an appointment within 2 days. Jon came out and showed me how to reset the pilot light going forward. He also completely cleaned the whole unit and even touched up some paint. He did a comprehensive inspection and then reviewed everything with me - complete with photographs of everything he did. Very pleased with this most thorough service, and with Jon who was pleasant and professional throughout. Highly recommend!

Technician that came to inspect our chimney was very friendly and courteous. He showed us the area that needed to be repaired and his recommendation. He came up with 3 proposals and went over each one thoroughly. After a few days we decided to use them for our chimney repair. We had another company give us a quote but decided to go with four winds chimney.

Had them come out for a servicing and an instructional walk through. Both techs were courteous and professional. They were also thorough and did not give off a “here to upsell you additional things” type vibe. They gave some recommendations of things to look out for and our chimney will need some masonry servicing in the future; so they provided me options for when we were ready (without being pushy) overall a great experience and happy that we called them!

Very professional and great to see the camera go up the Chimney with some of the details. Unfortunately it was raining when they came and they could not get ON the roof for safety reasons. This was the only disappointment. They assessed from the ground w/photos. But understandable -- rain HUGELY reduces the safety of getting on the roof and it was a nasty cold windy rainy day. Aim to get your inspection in good weather if possible when scheduling.

First I would like to say everyone we’ve spoken to at the office, and our tech were very nice and professional. That being said, they did nothing to fix the issue with our gas insert (still unusable) and we were charged $500 for what essentially amounted to vacuuming out the spiderwebs surrounding the insert. The issue we have with this is the tech said they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, then moved on to upselling us on features we didn’t have. Our “fix” only lasted several hours. This left us feeling uncomfortable with the service provided.

Nate and his coworker came out today to check our chimney and wood stove insert in a house my boyfriend (Ray) purchased this summer. We don’t know much about chimney’s, fireplaces, etc. so we wanted to make sure we had it completely checked out prior to throwing wood in and thank god we did. The guys knew as soon as they checked it out that it had not been serviced/ used/ taken care of in years which led to the final outcome of us not being able to use it. Unfortunately, not the news we wanted but that’s why we had it looked at. I wasn’t home but Ray was very, very impressed with the gentlemen. They were professional and full of knowledge. They took the time to come in and explain why and what was wrong and fill Ray with the information he didn’t know.Anthony cares a lot about his company, employees, and his clients. I made a Facebook post asking my friends for some insight and recommendations and my comments blew up with Four Winds Chimney. Before I could even read them or respond, Anthony had already texted my brother (Owns All Clean and good business friends with Anthony), and told him to have me contact him and he would get me set up. It was that easy!I HIGHLY recommend this company. Yes they are going to be more pricey than your average but that’s because they aren’t just average, they’re better and worth every penny. That company puts a lot into their employees and it shows. I’ll spread the word 😊I’ll see you all this summer on the kickball field hopefully!
