They did an amazing job quick precise and looks amazing. The customer service and communication was absolutely through the roof (pun intended.) But no seriously they answered the phone every time I had a question. Norm was absolutely awesome and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs work done.

Freedom did an incredible job on our full tear off job. The attention to detail was something not found these days and such a breath of fresh air. We had a skylight replaced as well and they gave us options and explanations for all the work done along the way. In and out in a day and cleaned up after themselves better than any other service we have had at our house. Highly recommend!

Norm was great to work with, originally we were suppose to just do the gutters but when Norm and his crew pulled the old gutters off he had noticed the previous owners had not wrapped the facia properly prior to putting the old gutters on. So he asked me if I wanted to leave it the way it was or he could rewrap the entire facia in a beautiful black all the way around the house as well as putting new gutters on. We of course wanted everything to be done properly so we gave them the go, and they did an amazing job! Not only did we finally have working gutters (previous ones held water since we had moved in) but the color we went with and the way they did everything really made the house stand out on our street. Very nice and honest people I highly recommend if you need work done on the outside of your property! Norm and team did an amazing job! We had a couple leaks and some damage on the old roof and they were able to identify the issues and repair everything quickly. I was also kept in the loop the whole time with pictures and updates which was awesome. The whole group including the installation team was super friendly and easy to work with, and the new roof looks phenomenal! What a fantastic experience, from beginning to end! Norm worked with me as I researched roofing materials, answering my many questions with patience and honesty. He also worked hard to obtain obscure product samples for me, when I wanted something "A little different". Though I know he was busy ,every conversation, every meeting, he treated me as if my project was his sole concern .When it came time for the installation, the entire crew was so polite, and considerate of my property and landscaping. They worked diligently in very hot weather and I saw as they repeatedly went over the property checking for nails.New gutters were also installed. We redesigned the whole system to alleviate some issues. Again, Norm listened to my needs and wishes and came up with a plan that resolved every problem.I am so impressed with Norm and Freedom Roofing that I am having them back to install new windows as well. I highly recommend Freedom Roofing.

Norm and his crew did an excellent job especially considering my roof had a lot of hidden damage underneath 2 layers that needed a tear-off. His crew repaired and replaced almost 20 sheets of plywood and still got the job done on time. I was very happy with the quality and attention to detail. The cleanup and protection of our plants, trees, and bushes around the house was also excellent. I would highly recommend Freedom Roofing.

I had an insurance claim on my roof and worked directly with Norm and had a fantastic experience through and through. Norm facilitated everything and was a solid professional; didn't try to up-sell me or give me the run-around. Very knowledgeable about his profession and all-around solid guy. The crew that did the actual labor was fantastic as well. They worked diligently at repairing the roof and protecting the exterior features of the house. When all was said and done they did a very thorough clean-up and Norm personally came down for a final inspection of the job and property. He had a compellation of videos and photos so I could see the progress of the repair and the before and after of the roof. Highly recommend this company and I felt like I wasn’t just a customer. I had a pretty bad roof leak through one of my vents. The owner came out quickly gave me an estimate which i immediately said yes to. They came out a week later and repaired the leak as best they could. Gave me some great advice and information on my roofs issues ( i already knew most of them) so i felt really comfortable with him and i will be using them when i replace my roof in the spring.

Roof install: February 2023The entire process from beginning to end was very smooth. Norm was very flexible and accommodated my schedule for the initial visit and install; he spent over an hour answering all of my questions and inspected my roof from the top and from within the attics. I obtained several estimates and Norm was by far the most thorough. My roof needed to be addressed semi-urgently due to a leak and Norm took care of the roof replacement it within 3 weeks. During the install, I was updated frequently with phone calls, texts and pictures about how the job was progressing. For a roof my size I was surprised Norm and his crew were able to complete it in less than a day. Norm was priced similarly compared with the other quotes I received but I picked him for the job because I was impressed with how thorough he was at the initial visit and how he took the time to answer all of my questions. When I had a leaking attic vent, they were quick to respond and come out to provide a quote. The work was scheduled for only a few days later and they were determined to get it done before the next winter storm later in the week to avoid more leakage.
