We had 18 inches of water in our Moms half finished basement. Ryan was there within an hour after fire department pumped out the water to start the work. Ryan and his crew were there all week to clean up and dry out the basement as quick as possible. Ryan was great to work with and was great with communication throughout the project. We had a house fire in May 2022 in the roof rafters that was started by our bathroom exhaust fan 2nd floor. Thankfully, our home wasn't lost by the fire, but it was smoke and water damaged. I was referred to Ryan with HQR by a dear friend. He has known Ryan for many years and assured me he was trustworthy and someone with integrity and an expert in his field. Ryan was exactly what he said. He was personable, friendly, thorough, explained everything and attended to my questions, texts and emailed me back patiently and promptly. His team was also courteous and polite. They used high tech equipment to assess and mitigate the moisture and water damage, and kept thorough digital records of the process for us to keep track of everything along the way. They were tidy as they removed and gutted all the fire water and smoke damaged walls/floors/ insulation/ceilings/ bathroom and unsalvageable contents.
