I had my roof replaced and new gutters installed and I can’t be more than happier with what JayK did since the beginning they help me achieve what I was looking for, their quality work fantastic! The project manager kept me informed throughout the day of the project he provided photos and information on the conditions of the plywood. Faster and cheaper (about 5k less than my quote from a competitor on one job) than other contractors in the area, and the work itself is great. I have reached out to them about two leaky roofs that needed replacement and they have been quick to respond each time, scheduling the work to be completed within a few days as long as weather allows. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We needed a roof ASAP since we had leaks inside our house. Trying to get someone in Vermont to replace the roof was VERY challenging, especially at the beginning of hunting season. No one was willing to help us out and I was losing hope. I got a few recommendations from Lake St. Catherine Facebook page on JayK roofing. I called and within a week they came, analyzed and replaced our roof!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them. Not only did we have our entire roof replaced but we needed to replace 4 oversize custom sized skylights. Javier, the owner came to analyze our roof with one of his co-workers. They spent a lot of time on the roof taking pictures to show and explain the problems. After signing the contract, the skylight company required one more measurement of the skylights before fabricating them. Javier came out again and I do want to mention that we live in Vermont one and a half hours away from Albany, New York. The installation and clean-up took one day as promised. They did a perfect job cleaning, not one piece of shingle was left on the ground. It looked as if they were never there working. The very next day it started raining and rained hard for two days. Not one leak! We hired Javier to immediately replace the roof at our other home in Vermont two and a half hours away from Albany, New York. I had some wind damage to my roof in March and David stopped by letting me know I was missing some shingles. After the insurance inspection (which David was there for), I needed a full roof replacement. I put in a claim with my insurance and despite there being a month-long delay due to my agent being it unexpectedly, David was more than patient. He often dealt directly with my insurance company providing answers and documents they requested. In the end his guidance saved me money out of my pocket and peace of mind.When it came to the installation the team was also fantastic. They were done in a day and aside from the beautiful new roof, you'd never know they were here. Everything was cleaned up. They even blew out my gutters! I cannot recommend JAYK enough.
