Our experience with this company was fantastic. They showed up on time to provide an estimate and were thorough when they inspected our job, We needed two replacement Velux skylights, the estimate was detailed and included every part of the project from taking out the old skylights to cleaning up the debris. They arrived on on time to do the installation and did a great job. The cost was less than any other estimate and the work was professional. I highly recommend this company.

Had them do my roof this week and can’t say enough good things. Scott was great to plan with and Carlos was amazing on site running the crew. Everyone was great! There was a small issue (not their fault- defective roof vent) and Carlos and the guys were back the next day to take care of it (on a Saturday!). This is a repost of my review for Mr. Fussy.TL;DR - Worst experience ever, look elsewhere for better quality, responsiveness, value, and respect.Having worked in the real estate business for 20+ years, my experience with Fussy Contracting stands out as one of the worst experiences I've had, hands down. Some lowlights include:1) Incredibly difficult to get in touch with. They're basically non-responsive by email or phone. If you have any questions, be ready to wait for at least 5-7 days for a non-helpful answer.2) Unprofessional crew. Don't expect to see company van with their branding, like other roofing companies. Their motley crew also left nails, shingles, and even a hammer behind after the job.3) Owner bills himself as "Problem Solver" and "building value for our clients." Honestly, the shoddy work they did only created problems (hello, roof leaks and mold). And the superficial attempts he offered to provide only made those problems even worse.4) Mr. Fussy/Fussy Contracting came in with the most competitive bid and a pretty friendly sales pitch up front. But after the contract is signed, everything (and I mean everything) went downhill from there. We got 4 estimates, and Fussy was at least 12% lower than everyone else. But, in the end, because we had to hire another contractor to undo and repair Fussy's shoddy work, we paid $4,500+ more than the most expensive bid we received initially.If you're looking to have headaches, lose sleep, make multiple phone calls, send multiple emails, get frustrated, feel cheated, spend money on extra repairs, and experience the true meaning of regret, then go ahead and contact Fussy. But hey, if Fussy doesn't call you back, you should definitely consider yourself lucky.0 out of 10 for Fussy. You'd be better served calling another roofing contractor in the area. Check Google, check the Better Business Bureau, check Facebook, check review sites.Don't make the same mistake I did. Just don't. Mr Fussy contracting re-tarred my flashing for a leak I had around a chimney.I had 3 quotes, his price was half that of the competitors and he even offered to check the other chimney and tar that if it needed it!The leak was fixed (which there of course is no guarantee when you re-tar flashing that it will stop a leak). He did a great job, did it quickly, great experience all around!I am looking to use him to do a full roof job now, I will update with how that process goes!Thanks Mr. Fussy.

After unsuccessfully trying to get several different contractors to repair the flashing on our roof, I was referred to Mr. Fussy and FINALLY got some answers and work done! Bill responded within hours, stopped by for a quote AFTER his work day, spent a solid half hour giving me some roofing 101 lessons, and came in at a very reasonable price. He then scheduled the repairs the same week. Fast, efficient, and fairly priced. I'm sold on these guys, and you should be too. Mind you, this was all done during the time of the year when they are busy with full roof installs and jobs that pay much more than minor repairs. THANK YOU MR. FUSSY!

Very happy with my experience with Ted and his team. They were the only company that didn't just try to sell me a new roof. I was given reasonable options to fix the issues I was dealing with. They quickly placed an emergency tarp for me and replaced part of the roof in the freezing cold! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

This company is a SCAM! He was hired to put a new roof on my cousin’s house. Surprise...first major rain storm, major roof leaks. After several phone calls later, they came out to fix the problem....guess what...it continues to leak!! He absolutely will not fix the roof until full payment is made - which is not going to happen. Come to find out....this guy closes his business regularly and opens up under new names - SCAMMER!!! Our attorney is now involved!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Mr Fussy Contracting repeatedly litters my neighborhood with illegal advertising signs, even after contacting the company and speaking with the owner. He blamed the behavior on the salespeople rather than taking responsibility.If they cannot advertise legally it makes me wonder about the overall ethics of the company.They should be fined $200 per each sign illegally placed.
