I can't recommend this company unfortunately. Great prices, but poor communication and a job left half done over a month after it was contracted. If Jim could get it together and finish jobs, he'd be my go-to guy, but a job left undone isn't worth even his low prices.EDIT: I'm changing my review from 2 stars to 1 star because Jim's response, like so many words out of his mouth, is a complete fabrication. I first contacted his company less than two months ago. I've been in communication with Jim constantly since then, attempting to get him to follow through on his promises. And there were a lot of promises. None of those promises were kept. He promised he'd fix things, he promised he'd send someone out, he promised that he had my back, blah, blah, blah. The last text I got from Jim was a profanity-laced rant angrily explaining that it was my problem that I had paid the man that Jim had sent out who had claimed to do the job and that he was "bigger than" the job he had agreed to do.I'm thrilled for Jim that he has so much work out there, but I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.Oh, and Jim. My roof still leaks.

Jim, the owner/operator, is very responsive and knows his trade. He was on the job site every day and was often working alongside his crew. He was willing to perform a few extra tasks/repairs that other roofing contractors shied away from. Contact Jim if you want a complete roofing solution at a fair price.

I’m posting this on behalf of my 80-year Mother who contracted with James for a roof installation. James is customer oriented, courteous, professional, focused, and enthusiastic. Within 2-days of contract signing, I was blessed with a new roof. I’m an 80-year old widower and James immediately put me at ease with his open and transparent explanation of services and contract. James kept me apprised of his progress throughout the entire process and upon completion the surrounding area was clean and devoid of all roofing debris. Not only did he perform the contracted service expertly, he went above the call of duty by cleaning and repairing the old gutters as well as sourcing and installing new exterior window fixtures. James pricing is highly competitive. Having received quotes and conducted interviews of more than a handful of contractors, James easily won out on price alone.
