We moved into our house in August of 2022. We hated the primary bathroom. Had a large pink Jacuzzi tub, flower wallpaper, a vanity that was dyed pinkish from years of we assume makeup that wasn't even a standard height and twin saloon style doors that we despised. We received a very reasonable quote from James the owner, he understood what we wanted. Helped us make decisions on materials. The crew that did the work were professional, clean, detailed oriented and also very helpful when unforeseen decisions arose. The time line was 3 weeks, we didn't believe that and were already calling it 3-4 weeks. Through No fault of Rochester Residential Remodeling work on our bathroom would have been completed a head of schedule. We had a lot of issues with ordering from Home Depot. However Rochester Residential Remodeling addressed the issues and were a great help. We now love everything about our luxurious bathroom and will enjoy it forever. Our deck needed serious TLC last Autumn due to rot and old age. Jim came out and was very professional when reviewing what needed to be done, as well as showing work that his company had performed on other homes.His team was able to work quickly and have our deck done before Winter closed in.Unfortunately, I was out of town when they had completed, but based on pictures that were sent to me, I assumed that all was good with the deck and that it had turned out to spec.After the season had turned and Spring came about this year, I was able to take a look at the work that was done, and I am severely disappointed. I've attached pictures of the deck to show shoddy and rushed work that was done, where it looks like his team had just done the job to get it done as quickly as possible. I had reached out to Jim based on a few pictures I had received to have a few spots addressed, but even the "fixes" seemed to be rushed, as if his employees didn't do it right the first time, they definitely didn't care to do it right the second time.I'm not handy, nor do I pretend to be, but I wouldn't hire them to take care of anything I have in the future. Whether that is just with the team of Jim's employees that I got, or if the lack of quality is something that is spread throughout his company, I wouldn't chance it and would look elsewhere.I'd say their work is bush league at best, shoddy at worst.Services: Home renovations, Porch construction

Paid professional prices for first time shoddy, DIY level workmanship.Drywall is not close to ready for prime and paint, many visible defects in the "completion " I'm stuck with the bill and now need look elsewhere to have it completed correctly.The subcontractor wanted me to lie on his behalf, to tell the owner all was well, when in fact the workmanship is woefully inept.Trying to prompt me while speaking to the owner over speaker phone. Why he thought I'd go for that? It's telling. Guy was desperate to cut and run.He also tried to scam my wife to sign off on the job in an earlier, even more primitive condition while I was at work. To the owners credit, he came, seen the condition and was upset the guy even called him down to see the mess.Guy came back, and didn't do much to correct any of the lingering defects. Drywall was definitely not his specialty, and good Drywall work requires an experienced hand.The guy just wanted to get paid, his work, an embarrassment to anyone that takes pride in their craft or a job well done.Guy flaked out once a check was cut. Paid to have him never to return at this point.Overall workmanship was poor. I cannot in good faith recommend. Head's up, the subcontractors can be a shady bunch of misfits.Where have all the craftsman gone?Don't waste a second of your time considering RRR as your choice.Do not recommend.Service: Drywall installation

Extremely disappointed in the workmanship. Jim, the owner, clearly has no knowledge of construction. After asking him to fix the poor work, he told us it was a beautiful job. He finally brought in a new sub. The 2nd sub he brought in to fix the horrible work had to tell the owner that we were right. He fixed what he could, but we have to live with a shoddy product. Further, Jim lies. He quoted us on carpet install and said he was only making $25 on the Home Depot install. I went to Home Depot; they shared the quote and he was making almost $1200 profit on ordering the carpet on our behalf! Do NOT trust this company.EDIT:In response to the owner, who gave his company 5 stars, I am not mistaken. Jim is the owner, and his drywall job is embarrassing. I'm beyond heartbroken that we have to contract with someone else to repair his work.

At the beginning everything seemed to go well with this contractor. We were looking to remodel a bathroom and he had a ton of photos showing his work. We got pregnant which caused a pause in our plans but once life settled down we got back on touch and got a new estimate. We were disappointed the estimate went up but we're told parts and supplies hadn increased. We picked out everything we thought we'd need and asked the contractor to confirm before we ordered anything and they ghosted us. It took sending 3 or 4 emails to get an explanation and we're told he was focusing on customers who didn't ask about his pricing and he was too busy to return emails

Was refer to this company from a friend at work to do my kitchen and bath I got 3 estimates and they were in the middle. I'm very glad I hired this company as everything went very well and it had to go well as it was 4 weeks of interior work which can be stressful. Outside of a few issues that were not the contractor's fault I'm very happy with the outcome and would recommend them. Jamie.
