Top To Bottom Home Improvement is the best! I had attic issues & when John & his crew came & looked over the job, they found that the roofer I hired 4 years ago didn't replace the vents & they were leaking plus several other roof problems. In the attic, they had to even out rafters & generally make it more secure. John took pictures of everything & explained what was needed. The workmanship is excellent, the crew fantastic. I am so happy with the work that it was all I could do not to do a 'happy dance' (I did later). I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service. Very fair prices. I called 3 companies to fix my roof and John was the only one to come out the day I called and he was able to start work the next day. He informed me the repair might be extensive,quoted me an estimate and went above and beyond to get the job done. John takes pride in his work and truly wants to help his customers. He even helped me with my insurance company. I HIGHLY recommend this company for their quality workmanship

John Geer and his team at Top to Bottom Home Improvement are awesome. I first contracted John and his crew back in July of 2016 when my chimney was in need of masonry repair. They did a great job repairing the chimney. John took pictures prior to the repair and after. Plus, John and his crew did an amazing cleanup job when they were done. Then last month (April 2017) I had John and his team put on a new tear-off roof and gutters. Once again John took pictures before and during the job, as well at the completion. He explained every step of the job to me and answered any questions I had as he and his team worked diligently on my roof and gutters. The Top to Bottom team were both very punctual and polite throughout this whole process. John also had his crew maintain a clean work environment at all times during the tear off and application of the new roof and gutters. Which I greatly appreciated since I have a couple of dogs whose safety in the yard is very important to me and John made sure there was no debris at all in yard during the process. I would highly recommend Top to Bottom to anyone in need of their services.

If I could give John and his crew 10 stars I would! Such great people and the work was above and beyond my expectations. They did a great job fixing my foundation and removing mold from the basement. The crew was pleasant and polite and did a beautiful job cleaning up. Can't say enough good things about this company to everyone I talk to. If you need a repair, do yourself a favor and call John!

Finally I found a great home improvement company! I have owned my home for 25+ years and this is the first company where the owner works right along side the crew. This, I think, makes all the difference. I had a cracked chimney. The fix they offered was reasonably priced and using the most effective and current technology. The workmanship was exceptional. They were professional and considerate. They went above and beyond their contract, as they saw that previous work done by other contracters needed attention, so they helped me to document this so I could follow-up to see that it was remedied. The owner of Top to Bottom, was extremely knowledgeable, personable, kind, and took time to help me understand the matters at hand. Communication was open and efficient. There was room for friendly negotiation and Q&A. I feel blessed to finally know there is a home repair company in the area I can count on in all regards.

John was great with communication. As a teacher, texting is the way to communicate for me and John was awesome with communicating an estimate. He came out the morning after I called him to look at replacing my gutter. Before the work was done, I was away for a week during a big wind storm happening home in Rochester. I was worried about my gutter with the heavy wind and John even offered to check on my house! Beautiful and fast job replacing my gutter and left property clean.

I would like to thank John and his crew for doing a great job on my parents roof. The roof job was only going to be certain way and as they started to do the tear off they found more problems than they anticipated. On Saturday Oct 6th it was down pouring and I called John and he said let me get over there and take care of it. Within the hour it was taped and completed. I know he got soaked. His crew started working on Monday Oct 8th and completed on Wednesday the 10th. The gutters were the last thing remaining and that was completed today. I want to thank John Top to Bottom roofing for doing a great job and for being honest about all that was wrong since the other companies were not honest in doing the job properly in the past. my friend had a bad experience a while back where a nice person showed up to sell her a roof,,, well let me tell you when the workers showed up NO one spoke English they were in regular street kinda ghetto clothes and it was very scary situation for her and with the language barrier it made it worse,, her salesman was never around only to get the check and she ended up having all kinds of problems and had to have john fix it all john said that happens to alot of people! ,,,,so when i had to do mine i called him and it was a very pleasant experience wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was done right !

I apparently had some miscommunication with this company. The radio ad made me want to get my roof damage fixed with them, but apparently they don't do partial roof replacements. The owner said he told me this, though I was under the impression he was going to come out and check if further repair was warranted. Either way, based on other reviews, they seem great for full roof replacements, just know not to bother if you aren't getting a full roof replacement. I'm reviewing as 3 stars because my interaction with them was average, and I wish it were more prominent that they don't do partial repairs. There were times where I left multiple messages and didn't hear back, while other times I heard back right away. In hindsight that was probably because they knew I wasn't a real customer, while I thought that I potentially was."At Top To Bottom Home Improvement Company we specialize in all types of roof repair work including, ice damn prevention, roof inspection, roof cleaning and new roof installation..."Maybe change this statement from "all types of roof repair" if that's not actually the case.

I called in the middle of August for a quote to have a metal roof installed. I received a call back in about 1 week and was told they were scheduling out 3 months. Then he told me that because of that they could not quote the job. I did not know the middle of November was to late to have a roof installed. I have a smaller house and i feel like they just did not want to bother with it. If it was a $50,000 job i an sure they would have found the time to do the job. Terrible business.

I had a small patch job on my roof. Called 3 other roof company’s, even went in person to one local company. No one responded. Heard their ad on legends radio. Sure enough he called me right back! . Took a couples of weeks till he made it over for an estimate. He worked us in to his busy scheldual. They came and made quick work of it. Should have called them first.
